No, you can not join the NSB Academy directly. For taking the admission in NSB Academy candidates must first meet the NSB Academy eligibility criteria i.e. they must have a Degree from a recognised university along with a valid score in one of the following exams - CAT/ XAT / MAT / ATMA / GMAT/ CMAT/ KMAT followed by the GD and presonal interview. If you want to join in UG courses like BCA+CIP and B.Com+CIP then you have to apply directly on the basis of you Intermediate score card once you clear the cutoff, then you will be call for presonal interview and Document Verification. 

Yes, you can get admission to NSB Academy with 60% in class 12th. For undergraduation course BBA you must  completion of high school education (10+2) from a recognised board or equivalent.
