Yes, you can get a seat in Odisha University of Technology and Research, Bhubaneshwar.if you did not participate in OJEE counselling also.There are management seats are available through these seats you can get a direct admission it into but you need to pay more money tghan counseling seat.

Actually OUTR (Odisha University of Technology and Research) offers four type of courses, they are Regular Bachelor of Technology Programmes, Bachelor of Architecture, Bachelor of Planning, Integrated M. Sc. Programmes. As this is a state government university, fees are very minimal and same for all

Further, the CET BBSR the highest package and average package stood at INR 44.80 LPA and INR 6.06 LPA, respectively

Odisha University of Technology and Research (OUTR) is a government institute. It was established by the Government of Odisha in 1981 as the College of Engineering and Technology, Bhubaneswar, and later upgraded to a unitary university in 2021.

Definitely as a government college the placements in CET Bhubaneswar are good. In CET you can get offers from big companies like Asian paints, Vedanta Aluminium Limited, etc. and also from mass recruiters like TCS, Infosys, Tech Mahindra.
