The college is absolutely satisfying and well-managed.

Placements: The percentage of students who got placed is quite good, and the highest package offered is 12 LPA, and the lowest is 3 LPA. The top recruiting companies are TCS and Wipro. The percentage of students who got internships is approximately equal to the number of students who got placed. The top roles offered are sales, development, and intern.

My experience in OIST, Bhopal.

Placements: There is no great placement record of our college. There are some well-recognised companies coming to our campus every year, but they only recruit 5%-10% of the total students of one batch. Which is pretty unfair, to be honest. The mass recruiters such as TCS do hire most of us.

I had an average experience with decent faculty and outdated infrastructure, but scope to improve.

Placements: I'm doing B.Tech in CSE with a Data Science focus at OIST, Bhopal. Placement-wise, it's both promising and chill. About 60-80% of students get placed through campus drives. The average package ranges from 74.5-5 LPA. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Deloitte, Adani, and Jio recruit students.
