Decent infrastructure and relevant course after 1st year.
Placements: Around 60%-65% of students are placed. The highest package offered is 9 LPA, with an average of 4.5 LPA, and the lowest being 2 LPA. As far as my knowledge goes, the college doesn't provide internships, so students mostly rely on the off-campus opportunities.
Infrastructure: The college has good infrastructure with modern labs and classrooms. Wi-Fi is available in both the college and hostel, but in college, it's limited to labs. The hostel is decent and has basic facilities, but the mess food is not good and needs significant improvement.
Faculty: The faculty is average, not too good, not too bad. Some teachers are helpful, while others lack clarity in teaching. The course becomes more relevant after the first year, as from the second year onward, students start learning subjects specific to their branch.
Other: This course is good because I can try for further jobs also.

If students have a low percentage, then they can join this college.
Placements: I am in the EC branch at OIST. Placements of the college are not very good, and it's about 65-70%. The highest package is 72 LPA, which is off campus. The average package is 4 LPA, and the lowest package is 2.5 LPA. The highest package offered on campus is 9 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college and hostel is good. Every classroom has a good quantity of fans. Every lab has ACs. The quality of the mess food is very bad, and sometimes, we can't eat that food. The taste is very bad. Sports facilities are very active in the hostel. We have a sports teacher who supports us a lot.
Faculty: Faculty members of the basic science department are good. They have excellent experience in their field. If we are in the first year, then we have all subjects which are not much relevant to our branch, but when we jump to the second year, then we have only subjects which will be helpful for our course.
Other: I chose this course because I got a low percentage in JEE. If students have to take admission and don't have another option, then they can get admission here.

I am absolutely satisfied with it. The college is a value for money.
Placements: OIST hosts campus drives for numerous leading firms for IT-related branches. Some major companies for our course are TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini, Amazon, Deloitte, Hexaware, etc. The average package ranges from 4.5-6 LPA. Overall, more than 1,260 students got placed in the entire OGI.
Infrastructure: All kinds of facilities are available in this course. It also includes Wi-Fi labs, classrooms, and a digital library. The food quality is above average. Medical facilities are good, and sports facilities are also good. There are separate hostels for both boys and girls, including 2 for girls and 1 for boys, with a gym in it. It is under CCTV surveillance.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The quality of teaching is good. The course curriculum is really interesting and has a good scope for the future. Semester exams are quite difficult, but the pass percentage is 87%. 2nd semester exams are quite difficult, having M2 in it.

It is one of the top 2 colleges of Bhopal in B.Tech.
Placements: I am a student of B.Tech in Electronics and Communications Engineering in the OIST branch. Placements are almost good. 70 to 75 percent students get placements. The average package is 5 LPA, and the highest package of our college is 72 LPA. The lowest package is 3.5 LPA.
Infrastructure: Our college infrastructure is well-maintained with modern classrooms and labs. Hostels are decent and provide basic facilities. The mess food is not up to the mark in terms of quality and taste. Improvement in mess services is needed for a better hostel experience.
Faculty: Faculty members are knowledgeable and supportive, making concepts easy to understand. The course curriculum is well-structured and covers both theory and practical topics. Exams are conducted regularly and fairly, helping students stay consistent in their studies and assess their progress effectively. My college faculty members are very good and their explanations are very easy.
Other: It's an average college and suggest students take admission here.

Placement drive All the 4th year seniors had been placed at good average package of 6-7 Lacs per annum at my opinion its a good package .
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is soo good and much better than other colleges. There are many labs and experiential rooms all over there are 2 grounds and 2 Seminar halls which are air conditioned and all over infrastructure is soo good and I loved it and also my college having many sitting areas park which I love .
Faculty: The faculty of our branch is good and average for a student and all the teachers are very good all the teachers are very good and intelligent they know how to teach students especially our Maths teacher he is so intelligent and good tutor I love their teaching .
Other: Yes my college is having many fests back to back and many Tedx shows also .
