Our college is good to learn with helpful faculty members and modern infrastructure.
Placements: Generally, law students prefer to go for practice and litigation. Placements provided in our college are very good. The placement cell is very supportive. It trains students to build their CVs and gives assistance about how to crack interviews. Recruiters are majorly the law firms and corporates. The salary packages depend on the capabilities and the field of law. The average salary package is 5 LPA. Internships are part of the course curriculum and every student has done an internship. Internships depend on the field of law and the person under whom the interns are working but are unpaid. Top roles offered in our course are civil litigator, criminal litigator, corporate lawyer, labor inspector, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is very good. Library, moot court, playground, canteens, etc., are available. Our campus is enabled with free Wi-Fi. Classrooms are equipped with projectors, CCTV, and other basic facilities like reading rooms, computer access, newspapers stand, drinking water facilities, etc. The hostel is very well-equipped with beds, drawers, a study table, a cupboard, and other basic facilities. The food served in the mess is average. In-house medical facilities, sports grounds, cricket nets, football grounds, gyms, etc., are available.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are beneficial and well-qualified. Teaching is up to the mark. There are some attendance issues. The course curriculum is good and relevant. Theoretically, the knowledge is given but not the practical knowledge. Semester exams are not very difficult. Internal exams are conducted for 40 marks and externals for 60 marks. Marksheets are grade oriented. The pass marks in externals are 24 out of 60.
Other: I chose this course as it is a very reputed profession and I always want to get into the corporate as a lawyer. The best thing about our college is it provides many options. It is a high paying reputed job which is having respect in society. It is best if more practical aspects are dealt with in our college. Our college has a series of events and festivals. Every festival is celebrated in our college. Campus surroundings are very good with flowers, trees, and fresh air that gives a very pleasant vibe on campus.

Great place to go for studies.
Placements: In our course, there were less placements, but there were a lot of courses where big companies came, and students got placements there. A lot of companies came for recruitment and internships. In our course, there were great opportunities for internships.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure was one of the best things at the university. I had never been to hostels, but I visited the full campus. There were a lot of buildings allocated as hostels on the campus. The new buildings for courses were really well-structured, and some of them were really artistic.
Faculty: Teachers were very friendly and helpful. Throughout the course, we had great people who supported us and gave us a roadmap to find the best career options. Their advice for each student was valuable and really thoughtful. Some of them were like family at the college.

Absolutely dissatisfied.
Placements: I am not aware of these details now. The placement details have not been shared with us that much yet. The faculty is still growing, and I think it still has some flaws that need to be addressed to grow and improve. The base is not good (teaching structure), so for what we are expecting, any further placement or jobs.
Infrastructure: Everything is alright, but the washrooms cleaning need some improvement. The classrooms are not enough for the students. Most importantly, according to NEP, there should be approximately 60 students in a classroom, but in my college, there are 120 students in one classroom, and because of that, we don't get the seats.
Faculty: The faculty has too much internal conflict, which also affects our studies. They come to class, open their PPT, speak whatever, and go out. So some of them have said that they are not interested in teaching. After that, they say why don't you listen to what we are teaching you.
Other: I chose this course as I already wanted to study law. The complexity should be decreased a little bit.

Q:   Can I become a lawyer without a Law degree?
A:

No, you cannot become a lawyer without a Law degree. You mandatorily need to obtain degrees such as BA/BCom/BSc/BBA LLB or LLB in order to be a lawyer in India. To become a lawyer, one must first complete three-year or five-year LLB from a recognised university and possess degree certificate. Then, they must enrol themselves in local Bar Council of the concerned state and enrolled as an advocate. Within two years of the enrolment, they must appear and clear AIBE in order to be eligible to practise anywhere in India.
