Pioneer Institute is an autonomous college and makes it easy to complete your course.

Placements: About 20% of the students got placed from our course. I heard that the highest salary package offered was about 4 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 1.3 LPA. The average salary package offered will be 3 LPA. Companies which were interested in offering placements for us were mostly marketing companies. Marketing companies offer the role of a marketing manager, in which we have to go to every house to sell the products in the name of an internship.

Infrastructure: I do not know about the hostels as I didn't stay there, and the reason for me not to stay there was that the rooms of the hostel were built badly. However, there was a canteen which provides tea and samosa. Beverages and some other things like biscuits, etc., are also provided, and cooked. Maggi is also available. Overall, the food was of good quality because the canteen was run on a contract basis. So, they had to provide good quality food to attract students to eat.

Faculty: The helping nature of faculty members was really appreciable, and they were always ready to help in matters regardless of the course you are studying. If you are in need of any faculty member, they are always available to help you with any of the problems, whether it is related to exams or scholarships or anything. They are qualified enough, and even chartered accountants were available as faculty members to teach us the accounts and tax.

Other: I chose this course here because of the autonomous status of my college. Everything was very much simple, and we did not have to wait for the time tables and exam results like other colleges. Fests, annual functions and everything organised by the organisation is great. Those events attract students. I really appreciate the efforts put by staff members while preparing for any of the events organised in college.
