Four out of the eight PGI BSc courses comprises of a compulsory internship period in which the students are required to do an internship. Admissions to PGI Chandigarh courses are made on applicants’ merit in Class 12 and score in the entrance examination. Once the eligible applicants have given the entrance exam, the selection process begins. The college prepares a rank list of the students based on their entrance examinations scores. PGI Chandigarh then allocate seats via personal counselling. In personal counselling, the candidates who meet the cut off are called to the institute.
