The only women's college in Jalpaiguri offers various courses in humanities, science and literature.

Placements: Placement quality is very basic; the placement cell helps us get better job opportunities. The placement cell also helps us learn how to face interviews. The students don't have placement offers because Prasanna Deb Women's College doesn't provide any placements or internships.

Infrastructure: The university is running very properly and appropriately. The college boasts impressive infrastructure. When I visited for the first time here during my first year admission, I was very happy and surprised to seeing the classrooms, labs, library, computer room, seminar room, etc. We are very well furnished here. college has all the necessary infrastructure. The new buildings are built with new hostel rooms. Our college has completed all of the required development. Hostels have very good infrastructure; rooms are spacious and have good furniture. Our college spread over an area of 5.43 acres. Nevertheless, classrooms, labs, hostels, and libraries offer an excellent environment for students study. The best institute in Jalpaiguri district after 10+2.

Faculty: I am pursuing my B.A. Hons. in English literature at the college, and I really liked the quality of teaching and the curriculum they follow. This course curriculum was very relevant; it made the students industry-ready. The standard of questions asked for the semester exam was pretty good. The faculty of my course is very good; all are supportive and PHDs with great knowledge. Exams were held in two phases. The minimum pass percentage is 35 percent of the total mark. Semester exams seemed tough at first. 95 percent of the students in my batch passed out.

Other: Campus is decent, not big. But on the college campus, there are different activities held by the college seniors to groom the students. Big events are held inside the college. Moreover, the college is absolutely safe.

This college is not much good for physics but good for other subjects.

Placements: I have heard that placements in our college are offered by various well-known companies. Some of my cousins are doing good in their professional fields after passing out from this college. I hope that I will also get my dream job from this college. At the beginning of our online classes, there was an orientation session to inform us about the placements.

Infrastructure: There is no Wi-Fi facility in this college. Labs are not much good as the number of equipment available in the laboratory is less. So, our senior batches, along with us, have faced some problems in the laboratory. Classrooms are average. The library has a good collection of important books.

Faculty: Physics is a very important subject, but the faculty members of physics subject are miserable here. In our department, there are less faculty members. Except for one professor, others are not at all helpful. The style of teaching here is relevant and useful for all types of students.

Other: I wish that this college should improve the laboratory and should increase the number of teachers, especially in the department of physics.

I am highly satisfied because of our college faculty members, infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: As it is a general college, there are no placements in our course. I heard after completing graduation, many students of this college are working at many big posts in big companies. I heard students also get an internship in many companies.

Infrastructure: Our college has many facilities, and the library is very helpful and very good. Classrooms and labs are also very good, big and perfect for reading. Overall, the infrastructure is very good. Besides this, hostel facilities are good, and food of mess and canteen is healthy and tasty. Other facilities like medical and sports and games are available.

Faculty: Our teachers are well-qualified, very helpful and knowledgeable. Many of them are PhD holders. Overall, the teaching quality of this college is quite good. I heard teachers take extra classes for doubt clearing, but the curriculum is average.

Other: I want to be an economist, so I have chosen this course. In the marketing line, there is a high demand for this, so this course is very useful nowadays. Many events and functions are held in this college every year.
