PIMR Indore admission process starts with the release of the application form. Direct admissions are offered to candidates through a common counselling process. A detailed process around PIMR admission 2025 is mentioned below:

Step 1: PIMR Application Process 2025

Candidates willing to get admission to PIMR must fill out an online enquiry form. The application process for all UG courses of the institute is conducted in an online mode on the official website of PIMR UG Campus. To finalise the registration process, candidates have to pay an application fee of INR 1,000. Further, candidates have to submit the admission form at along with the First Installment of Semester Fees for provisional admission at the online admission portal of PIMR.

Step 2: Selection Rounds

PIMR admissions are entirely merit-based. After the completion of the registration process, candidates will be shortlisted based on their merit scores obtained in Class 12. Candidates have to submit their scorecards at the time of filling out the application form.

Step 3: Counselling Process

After the completion of all the selection rounds, candidates have to appear for a counselling process, which is governed by the Department of Higher Education, Madhya Pradesh. If the seats remain vacant for particular courses, more counselling rounds will be conducted.

Step 4: Final Admission

Candidates who get selected through the counselling process must submit the admission form along with the First Installment of Semester Fees for provisional admission at (accsoftug.pimrindore.ac.in/OAP/Login). • Copy of mark sheet of Class 10 and 12.
• Transfer Certificate (in original)
• Migration Certificate (in original)
• Affidavit (for change in name/surname)
• Attach a copy of the Conduct and Character Certificate from the Principal of the institute/ school last studied.
• Five Photographs of the candidate.
• One photograph of the Father and Mother
• Caste certificate in case of SC/ ST/ OBC.
• Jain Minority certificate for the Jain community.
• Gap certificate in case of any gap during study.
