If you want to take admission at PSIT, firstly read this.
Placements: PSIT promises 100% placement. Last year, my seniors got full placement as PSIT fulfilled its promises. The highest package is around 7 LPA CTC for BBA, and average is around 4 LPA. Some got internships, and the rest all got full-time jobs. Top companies are Pyramid, HCL Tech, Wipro, Accenture, High Beam Global, and many more. According to me, around 30% of students got internships, and the rest got full-time jobs. The roles offered by the companies are fashion consultant, retail sales, sales executive, HR trainee, and more jobs related to sales.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is very good. It has AC plant too, Wi-Fi, labs, and classrooms are also well-cleaned. They have benches for students to sit on ground, cafeterias, and brands like Samocha, Nestle, Amul, Brio, and Urban Vadapav. I think PSIT has the best infrastructure in Kanpur.
Faculty: Every faculty at PSIT is well educated, qualified, and knowledgeable. The quality of their lecture is very nice. They firstly plan everything, how much is to be taught in how many lectures, and execute it which enhances the systematic, organised, and structured functions of PSIT College of Higher Education.
Other: I chose this course so that I can prepare for CAT and pursue MBA in future. BBA course will give me an understanding of the basics of MBA. The things that would be better are some practicality in course and providing internships from the second year. They conduct Ignitia, Freshers, footprints, and lots of events for hostellers which invite a huge crowd and lots of fun.

It is good for the students who are disciplined in nature.
Placements: More than 90% of students get placed. A good placement record for the year 2025 BBA. I am from the BBA 2023 to 26 batch. In our college, placement opportunities for BBA students have been quite strong. In the last passing out batch, around 80 to 85% of students got placed. The highest package offered is about 12 LPA, while the lowest stood at 3 LPA. On average, students secured packages in the range of 5 to 6 LPA. A mix of reputed companies and startups participated in the placement process.
Infrastructure: All facilities are very good. But the thing you have to face is a long walk. Our college offers strong facilities for BBA students. It includes spacious air-conditioned classrooms, computer labs with Wi-Fi, and a well-stocked library with books and journals. Hostel facilities are clean and comfortable. A hygienic food served in the mess and additional options in the canteen. Medical support with doctors is available on campus. Sports facilities are well-maintained, with grounds and courts for cricket, football, basketball, and indoor games, ensuring a balanced student life.
Faculty: All teachers are well-educated and help us to keep shining. The teachers in our department are very supportive, well-qualified, and knowledgeable. They make classes interactive through case studies, discussions, and presentations, which improve understanding beyond theory. The BBA curriculum is updated and relevant, covering management, finance, and marketing, which helps students become industry-ready. Semester exams are of moderate difficulty, focusing more on concepts and application rather than rote learning. With regular study and participation, they are manageable. The pass percentage is generally high, around 85 to 90%.
Other: The biggest fest of college is Ignitia. Every year, singers come and make our day special.

Inside PSIT Kanpur - A student's perspective.
Placements: PSIT boasts a commendable placement rate. Recently, I am pursuing BBA. My overall experience is positive, particularly in terms of placement cell. The opportunities provided as I had a word with my seniors they said that the placement percentage is 100%. Every student gets placements based on their eligibility.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure at PSIT is the best in Kanpur. It has internet connectivity, advanced lab equipments, sports facilities, and many more things to enhance the overall student experience. Hostel facilities offer comfortable and secure accommodation with necessary amenities.
Faculty: PSIT generally has teachers who know their subjects, and you will learn the important things for your degree. Faculty members are highly qualified and supportive. Most teachers know their staff and have good degrees. Some have even worked in companies before teaching. Some teachers are really good at making classes interesting and getting you involved.

Not that much satisfied because of the foundation.
Placements: 90% of students got placed in my course (BBA). Wipro, Capgemini, Deloitte, and Accenture are some top recruiting companies for BBA. HR, entrepreneurship, management consulting, marketing management services, etc., are some top roles offered in BBA. The highest package offered is around 7 LPA. The lowest salary is around 3.5 LPA. The average salary is around 5 LPA. Approximately 75% of students secure internships with companies like Infosys, TCS, Wipro, etc.
Infrastructure: PSIT Kanpur offers excellent facilities and infrastructure for BBA including spacious classrooms, central library, computer labs, sports facilities, cafeteria and mess, hostel facilities with laundry, Wi-Fi connectivity, etc. There are many facilities that are provided to the hostel students in my college. The quality of food provided in the mess is just okay. Canteen food is good. Medical, sports, and games facilities are better than the food facilities.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and well knowledgeable. Some are post-graduates and even some are Ph.D. holders. Teaching quality is good. We can gain more and more knowledge from the faculty members. The BBA curriculum at PSIT Kanpur is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of business management principles and practices. The curriculum is regularly updated to ensure relevance to the industry's needs. In my opinion, the semester exams for BBA are not more difficult and we can easily pass. The pass percentage is 70-80%.
Other: I was always so much interested in business and management things. So, I thought this course is the best fit for me according to my qualities and preferences. The best thing about my course is that it teaches me to manage things not only in an organisation but also in my life. The second best thing is the jobs I get after completing this course. I wish that in my course more personality development classes would be added to improve my course. Events and fests are best. Campus is so crowded. Connection is not good and scholarships are not good.

Best college in Kanpur with best infrastructure and placements.
Placements: College is well known for placement opportunities it provides. It gurantees 100% placements to students. The average salary package for a BBA is 4.5 LPA. For BCA, it is slightly higher. Top recruiting companies like Delivery, Revinfotech, Accenture, DeltaX, TCS, Wipro, Deloitte, Jobaaz.com, etc., come here. The highest salary package for BBA was 8 LPA and the lowest salary package lies between 3 LPA - 3.5 LPA. In addition to placements, internship opportunities are also provided by renowned companies. The average stipend provided is Rs. 20,000 per month. Jobs and internships are generally based on roles like telecommunication, business development, sales, marketing, data analytics, human resources, etc.
Infrastructure: One of best things here is the infrastructure. The college is beautiful, and cleanliness is ensured. There are GD rooms, an auditorium, Wi-Fi availability, vending machines, outlets of Nestle, Samocha, etc., LAN connectivity, charging ports on every seat, projectors, libraries, grounds, an outdoor seating area, and a canteen. The food in the hostel is quite good, and menu includes everything from pavbhaji for breakfast to healthy cooked meals. Tea is served in the evening with some snacks (namkeen or biscuits). Medical rooms are also available for quick checkups. Every week, events related to dancing, singing, and sports are organized in the hostel.
Faculty: Faculty members are well-qualified and supportive. They mostly teach us through presentations to make material simpler and more understandable. PDFs regarding the same are circulated in the group as well. In addition to theoretical knowledge, special emphasis is placed on the overall development of students by providing classes like technical training. This includes working with different software that is in demand by renowned companies (Tableau, SPSS, Power BI, Excel). English classes, presentation classes, and GD classes are also conducted to work on communication skills and prepare students for interviews.
Other: I chose BBA because it is a professional course that covers most of subjects from B.Com and other management courses, while also focusing on the overall development of a person. Campus life is not very exciting as we have to follow a strict 9 to 5 schedule and maintain a compulsory 90% attendance. Events are organised by the college to help students showcase their talents. Business plan competitions, debate competitions, etc., are held. Club activities take place every Friday, which is fun. students can choose an activity that suits their interests the best. Various clubs present here include: Yoga Club, Cultural Club (dance, singing, acting, poetry, instrument playing, etc.), Business Club, English Club, Prayas Club (environment), NSS (Social Club), and many more.
