Absolutely satisfied because of faculty members and great industry oriented practical experiences.

Placements: Around 85% of the previous batch students of BBA were placed. The average package is 9 LPA. The median package is 7.2 LPA. The lowest package is seen upto 3.8 LPA. Top recruiters include ITC, Berger, Tata, Hindustan Unilever, Hyundai, HCL, HSBC, Fiserv, etc. The posts acquired by the BBA students in the companies require analytical skills and good communication and pressure handling skills.

Infrastructure: Classrooms are spacious, ventilated, clean, and comfortable. The campus supports a Wi-Fi connection with digital board in every class. Cameras are installed in the class itself for privacy and security purposes. Every department has its own library with a huge central library in the middle of the campus to provide a quiet study experience. Labs are well-equipped and cleaned. Hostel facilities of the university are up to mark. The food in the mess is good with 4 times service in a day. Canteen facilities on the campus are really good. Around 4-5 canteens exist on the campus.

Faculty: Faculty members at the college are really good in their arena of academics and really knowledgeable. Every faculty member is very helpful and supportive. BBA from HBTU is a good opportunity for the students to gain industry oriented and practical experience which helps them to become more mature and discipline in the work area. Semester exams are not so tough if one has prepared good from the notes and attended lectures carefully. Overall it's a great experience to have.

Other: BBA offers a great learning experience that prepares the students to handle pressure situations and gain an analytical point of view. The things I think could be better include the curriculum status and internship programs. Students can apply for scholarships, sharing an honest experience my friend got a scholarship of Rs 22,400 which has helped him financially. Fests such as Adhyaay gives students to indulge themselves in co-curricular activities.

HBTU is the best college for BBA in Kanpur.

Placements: Harcourt Butler Technical University offers an overall 84% placement rate, but BBA is a new course, so placements are ongoing, with expected placements around 50%. Top recruiting companies for the BBA course are ITC, HUL, Samsung, Insurance Dekho, Lummus Teach, Hire Me, etc. The top roles offered in my course are Finance, Marketing, HR, HRM, and Operations. The highest package is 19.5 LPA, the lowest is 1.5 LPA, and the average is 9.3 LPA. Around 70 to 80% of students get internships from ITC, HUL, and Pepsico.

Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure are quite decent. There are two libraries, and classrooms are air-conditioned but only for 2nd-year students and above. HBTU hostel offers basic, functional accommodation with a mess. There are five canteens, and the food is good according to the price. Prices are fair. Cricket, football, table tennis, basketball, and chess are offered.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, qualified, and highly knowledgeable. The teaching quality of some subjects is average and focuses more on rote learning rather than practical skills. BBA is a very relevant course, and its curriculum is up to date. It makes students industry-ready, helps them acquire new skills, and makes them better candidates for the job market. Semester exams are moderate, and some subjects are a bit challenging. The passing percentage is 40%.

Other: BBA is the best undergraduate course for students who want to shape their careers in finance and management. I chose it because it is the best course offered by the best college with less fees in my city. Improvements such as teaching more practical skills and industry-relevant skills must be taught with more guidance After IITK, HBTU is the best college in Kanpur in terms of events, fests, crowd, connectivity, campus, etc.
