The university admit candidates to its BBA programme based on merit in CUET-UG exam. After conclusion of application process, university releases a list of CUET shortlisted candidates. A final list is released after the fee deposition. Further, if seats are left vacant, then a list of candidates eligible for university entrance exam is released. Selected candidates need to appear for this exam. After this exam, selected Non-CUET candidates list is released along with a waiting list. 

Candidates who meet the course-specific eligibility criteria can apply for the course. The application process is carried out in online mode. Thus, the aspirants can visit the official website to register and apply. The step-by-step process for online HBTU BBA application form submission is as follows:

1. Go to the HBTU official website.
2. Click on ‘Admission 2025-26’.
3. Click on the available online registration link.
4. Select ‘New Application’.
5. Select the preferred course.
6. Select the preferred school, and course and enter the Aadhar card number.
7. Fill out the application form.
8. Pay the application fee (INR 2,500, which is non-refundable) and submit the application form.

For admission to HBTU BBA course, candidate should be a Class 12 or equivalent exam pass with at least 55% aggregate (50% for SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwD). In addition, the students appearing for the final exams are also eligible to apply. The students should have their mark sheets and other important documents with them during form filling and admission confirmation. It must be noted that the mentioned minimum aggregate is as per unofficial sources and hence, is indicative. 

Yes, Harcourt Butler Technical University (HBTU) offers a three-year BBA course. The UG-level programme is divided into six semesters. In addition, the mode of study is full-time. Admission to the programme is through CUET. The students without CUET score can also take admission by taking the university entrance examination. It is advisable to check eligibility requirements before proceeding with application formalities. 

HBTU course fee is cumulative of various components such as tuition fee, medical fee, training & placement, university alumni fund, caution deposit, etc. The total tuition course fee is INR 70,000 and a one-time fee is INR 5,000.
