Please don't keep big expectations about this college like placements or big packages.
Placements: I am currently in 2nd year. So currently I can't answer your first question but my recently passed-out B.A. friend tells me that only 5 students get placements. Around 15-25 students are there in the placement cell. The highest package is 2.5 LPA. The average package you can expect is only 1.8 LPA to 2 LPA. The lowest salary is 1.5 LPA. I don't know much about top recruiting companies but last time Vasundhra Consultant and ICICI Life visited our college to recruit students. All students get internships in local companies. All thanks to NEP 2020. Teaching, politics, journalism, analyst, etc., are top roles offered.
Infrastructure: There is no separate department for B.A. like commerce and science. But B.A. and BCA student's classes are conducted in PG block which is combined block for BCA and B.A. which has well infrastructure. Classrooms are clean and sufficient for the seating plan. There is Wi-Fi but only for teachers. Library is divided into two parts, one for boys and one for girls. It has all books for reading, even current academic books and competitive exam books. No hostel facilities in the college.
Faculty: Teachers are really helpful, knowledgeable, and qualified. But in college students don't care about studying so teachers also don't care much about students. Teaching quality is a little boring for some teachers. If you want to go into civil services then this curriculum may help you otherwise it will just help you to get a degree. B.A. semester exams are really easy but still pass percentage is 40-50%. Mostly students get at least 1 back in exams.
Other: I chose this course because I was clueless about my career, and had to do something so I took admission in B.A. But now my focus is to become an income tax officer. Only few things I want to improve in BA with respect to B.A. students because everyone considers B.A. as a waste degree and only idiots do this. More practical, industry exposure, etc., are there. You can fill Har Chhatravriti scholarship form online if you are OBC (post-matric scholarship) and SC category (consolidated stipend and free books for SC). Events, fests, and quiz competitions are held every month.

If you want only a degree, then B.A. and this college is the best for you.
Placements: I took admission in 2024 and am currently in my first year, so I don't have detailed answers regarding placements for specific courses. Nonetheless, I spoke to B.A. graduates from this college, and they reported a placement percentage of around 15%. The highest package for B.A. students is 2 lakhs, with an average package of 1.5 lakhs and the lowest at 1.2 lakhs. Top recruiting companies include ICICI and Vasundhara Consultant. An internship of 120 hours is now compulsory for all second-year students, with common roles including teaching, journalism, and politics.
Infrastructure: For B.A. students, there is no separate department; most classes are conducted in the PG or Commerce blocks. There is no Wi-Fi or lab exposure, although there is a library accessible to all students that contains the necessary books for the B.A. course. While the library includes some current titles, the collection is limited. Unfortunately, there are no hostel facilities available for B.A. students.
Faculty: Like in many colleges, the teachers in my department are well-qualified, knowledgeable, and willing to help. However, there are compromises in teaching quality, which is expected given the low tuition fees. The course curriculum is relevant, and while we can study subjects like Physics and Commerce, I don't believe they offer much practical benefit. It doesn't adequately prepare students for the industry, but students themselves are also responsible for this situation. The pass percentage for semester exams is around 60 to 70%.
Other: I don't want to pursue a B.A., but my parents insisted. One positive aspect of the B.A. program is the ample free time it offers, as there is little academic pressure. I do not desire any improvements in the B.A. program; in fact, I believe it should be removed from the education system altogether, as it seems primarily designed to serve as a degree-granting mechanism. Events such as dance shows, singing competitions, and sports events occur every month. Additionally, there is the Har Chhatravriti scholarship available for OBC and SC category students. I have filled out the application for the first-year scholarship, while a friend from my B.Com second year, who belongs to the SC category, received a scholarship amount of 14000 INR in February for his first year.

This college is affordable for lower middle class people .
Placements: In our college there are approximate 5000 students and 450 students in my course and per section 70 to 80 students. Highest package is 2 to 4 LPA. Lowest package is 90k to 1 LPA and average package is 120k to 150k. In my course most of the student trying to get government job so they start to prepration for IPS IAS,Railway,Army
Infrastructure: Wifi is installed but it gives only 25 mb after logging in their wifi portal. Classroom is good and in library AC is installed. In fact there are 2 AC installed but only 1 in working condition and there isn't a single book available for a first year student.
Faculty: In my college teachers are approachable and provide guidance, most BA teachers are highly qualified, holding a master degree or PhD in their fields. Teaching quality is good but due to large size of classroom personal attention students might be limited.
