Please don't keep big expectations about this college like placements or big packages.
Placements: I am currently in 2nd year. So currently I can't answer your first question but my recently passed-out B.A. friend tells me that only 5 students get placements. Around 15-25 students are there in the placement cell. The highest package is 2.5 LPA. The average package you can expect is only 1.8 LPA to 2 LPA. The lowest salary is 1.5 LPA. I don't know much about top recruiting companies but last time Vasundhra Consultant and ICICI Life visited our college to recruit students. All students get internships in local companies. All thanks to NEP 2020. Teaching, politics, journalism, analyst, etc., are top roles offered.
Infrastructure: There is no separate department for B.A. like commerce and science. But B.A. and BCA student's classes are conducted in PG block which is combined block for BCA and B.A. which has well infrastructure. Classrooms are clean and sufficient for the seating plan. There is Wi-Fi but only for teachers. Library is divided into two parts, one for boys and one for girls. It has all books for reading, even current academic books and competitive exam books. No hostel facilities in the college.
Faculty: Teachers are really helpful, knowledgeable, and qualified. But in college students don't care about studying so teachers also don't care much about students. Teaching quality is a little boring for some teachers. If you want to go into civil services then this curriculum may help you otherwise it will just help you to get a degree. B.A. semester exams are really easy but still pass percentage is 40-50%. Mostly students get at least 1 back in exams.
Other: I chose this course because I was clueless about my career, and had to do something so I took admission in B.A. But now my focus is to become an income tax officer. Only few things I want to improve in BA with respect to B.A. students because everyone considers B.A. as a waste degree and only idiots do this. More practical, industry exposure, etc., are there. You can fill Har Chhatravriti scholarship form online if you are OBC (post-matric scholarship) and SC category (consolidated stipend and free books for SC). Events, fests, and quiz competitions are held every month.

I have a simple and enriching learning experience in BA.
Placements: More than 300 students enrolled in B.A. Currently, I am in 2nd year so now I cannot the percentage of students who got placements. The highest package offered in B.A is 2.5 LPA. The average package is 1.8 LPA and the lowest package offered in my course is 1.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies for our course are ICICI Bank, Vasundhra Consultant, Quotient Code, Wipro, Infosys, etc. Internships are not offered in my course, and we have to find them outside the college. Top roles offered are content writer, HR executive, digital marketer, teacher, journalist, etc.
Infrastructure: There is a separate department available for B.A. It is well-structured and classes are equipped with enough seating branches, fans, and whiteboards. There is no Wi-Fi for students, and it is only for teachers. The library is full of BA subject books. In the library, there are competitive exam corners for preparation for government jobs. There are no labs for B.A. students like B.Sc and BCA students. There is no hostel facility. But there is a canteen which is hygienic and contains good food.
Faculty: Teachers in the BA department are helpful and well-qualified. They explain topics in a simple way and support us in assignments and exams. The teaching quality is good, and most teachers use real-life examples to make it easy. The course is useful but not fully industry-ready unless we do extra skills or prepare for exams like UPSC. Semester exams are not too hard if we study regularly. The pass percentage is high, and around 85% or more. If we attend classes and do our work on time, then it is easy to pass and even score good marks in this course.
Other: I chose this course because I am interested in subjects like English, History, and Political Science. The best thing about B.A. is that it helps improve thinking, reading, and writing skills. I enjoy group discussions and learning about society and culture. I wish the course had more practical exposure and job-related skills. The college organises some events and fests. The crowd is decent and friendly. The campus is calm, but more activities would make it better. Har Chhatravriti Scholarships are available for OBC and SC category students. There are NCC, NSS, and other activities for the overall development of students.

This college is affordable for lower middle class people .
Placements: In our college there are approximate 5000 students and 450 students in my course and per section 70 to 80 students. Highest package is 2 to 4 LPA. Lowest package is 90k to 1 LPA and average package is 120k to 150k.
In my course most of the student trying to get government job so they start to prepration for IPS IAS,Railway,Army
Infrastructure: Wifi is installed but it gives only 25 mb after logging in their wifi portal. Classroom is good and in library AC is installed. In fact there are 2 AC installed but only 1 in working condition and there isn't a single book available for a first year student.
Faculty: In my college teachers are approachable and provide guidance, most BA teachers are highly qualified, holding a master degree or PhD in their fields. Teaching quality is good but due to large size of classroom personal attention students might be limited.
