Review of Rabindra Mahavidyalaya, Champadanga, Hooghly.

Placements: Around 64% of students got placed in our course. The highest salary offered was Rs 40,000 per month. The lowest salary offered was Rs 10,000 per month. The average salary offered was Rs 25,000 per month. Almost 40% of students got internships in this course. Top role offered in our course is WBCS. Almost 30% of students got placed in government jobs from our college.

Infrastructure: Facilities are good. The infrastructure of our department in our college includes Wi-Fi, the best classrooms, and the best library. The quality of the facilities in our hostel is so good. The quality food is always available in the mess and canteen. Medical, sports, and games facilities are provided.

Faculty: In this college, the teachers are so helpful. All are well-qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is also good. The course curriculum is relevant and it makes students industry-ready. Semester exams in the college are good. The pass percentage is 98%.

Other: My B.A. batch is so good in Andra Pradesh.

I am not satisfied with this college because of no placement facilities and deficiency of teachers.

Placements: Placements are not available in our college. It is just a general degree college. In previous years, our college provided jobs for the first time for a few students.

Infrastructure: The Wi-Fi facility is available in our college, but the internet speed is not good. Sometimes, it does not work in classrooms. Students cannot use their smartphones during lectures. It is strictly prohibited. There is a library on the campus and a small library in the department of microbiology. Classrooms are average. The canteen is available on campus. The laboratory is available in the college. There are two refrigerators, a laminar airflow machine, one hot air oven, and one hot water machine. All are different types of centrifuge machines with four-degree temperatures. The dependent machine and spectrophotometer machine are present in the department of microbiology. One lights-out microscope, normal microscope, digital pH meter, and other equipment are present. But there is no fermentation tank. There is an autoclave but it does not work properly. There is an air-conditioned room for a laminar airflow machine.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful. The microbiology department has two SACT teachers. They are Ph.D. holders. A guest assistant professor has a Ph.D. degree.

Other: The college is situated far away from the local market. There are no bus services. There is only a mini-taker service present. The college has to improve its placement facilities. More teachers are required for the department. Teachers should be supportive. Students want contractual teachers for laboratory assessments and laboratory practices.

It is an excellent college, and you can easily take admissions without any doubt.

Placements: Our college provides good placements. The highest salary offered is Rs. 2600 per month. The lowest fee is around Rs. 200, given by me.

Infrastructure: Our college has excellent facilities and infrastructure. The library is good. Wi-Fi is available on campus. Our classrooms are good. The library and the library fellow are excellent.

Faculty: Our teachers are excellent and helpful. All teachers are qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is excellent. The course is divided into six semesters. Semester exams are not too difficult. The pass percentage is 80%.

Other: I chose this course because of my interest in it.
