Good college with lot of potential to improvise you. Glad to be a part of it.
Placements: From my batch of twelve students, about 6 students completed their one-year internship in different companies. Two of them worked in DRDO in Hyderabad. Companies like TCS, Bharat Forge, KPIT, Synopsys visits to our department. Packages ranged from 2LPA to 7.5LPA. One of my classmates got placed in Synopsys with the highest package of 10 Lacs per Annum. Some of my friends are working as lecturer in different Engineering colleges. I am working as a Research assistant in my college for one year and I get stipend offered by college.
Infrastructure: Classrooms, labs are big and well furnished. All labs of department are occupied with enough computer systems, software required, important instruments and different components used for any electronic project developments. This was very helpful to us to understand things during practical sessions and project work. The departmental library, as well as the central library, provides many types of books related to syllabus and other non-technical books also. Central Library also provides engineering-related magazines and Journals. Wi-Fi as well as LAN connectivity available for each lab and classroom of department. Hostels provide facilities like furniture required, cleanliness, good quality of food in mess, plenty of water, medical facilities, etc. Gym playgrounds also in good shape.
Faculty: All faculty members are experienced, highly qualified with precise knowledge and supportive. There is good teaching tradition with attention towards each student. Syllabus is advanced and you will touch almost everything like different software or programming development techniques, hardware interfacing required in industries.
Other: As I had completed my B.Tech in Electronics wanted to improve my knowledge and skill in this field so I chose the M.Tech course. I got the extra knowledge of different subjects. I wish there should be more practical sessions and project development based activities for this course so that students will be able to work in industries.
