The college is quite satisfactory.
Placements: Rajiv Academy provides satisfactory placements to its students. The placements are average. 30 to 50 percent students were placed during my session. The students were placed as an assistant manager in banks, in insurance companies, etc. The students are allowed to get internship accordingly. I didn't get any type of industrial exposure from Rajiv Academy.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of Rajiv academy is quite satisfactory. It's neat and clean. We can say that the environment is hygienic. The classrooms are good. The college organises some of the activities related to sports and games. The labs are averagely equipped. The library in the college is extremely satisfactory for the students as all types of material related to study or competitive exams are available here.
Faculty: The faculty is knowledgeable and makes all efforts required to clear the concept to the students. The teachers are helpful. They are qualified in their specific subjects. I didn't get any kind of industry exposure. The course curriculum is updated as per the university.

It is a great college for overall learning.
Placements: Almost all of our seniors get placements. Around 78% of students were placed. The highest salary pacakge offered was 6 LPA, and the lowest salary pacakge offered was 1.50 LPA. The companies like Amazon, Flipkart, JustDial, Infosys, etc., visit to hire students. They get roles in the sales and marketing field more. Around 5-10% of students get internships from this college. There were placements cell and it was very useful.
Infrastructure: They had a decent computer laboratory, classrooms, and library. They don't provide any sports and games facility except the sports day. The canteen was decent, and the food they provide was also hygienic, and hostel was average. The college was small in infrastructure.
Faculty: Some teachers were good and some of them were not having any teaching experience. They had the knowledge through which they can solve students' queries. The teaching method was also not useful. The students to faculty ratio were 30:1. The course curriculum was useful. They provide some unique courses like B.Com.
Other: In this college, sports events, freshers' parties, farewell parties, activities every month, industrial visits, tools, guest lectures, scholarships, etc., were provided.
