Placements: About 50% of the students from our course got placed. The highest salary package offered in our course is 5 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 3 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is Rs. 50,000 per annum. A top recruiting company of our course is Tata Consultancy Services. A top role offered to the students is Autodesk, AutoCAD and software. About 50-90% of the students from our course got an internship in companies in Neyveli Lignite Corporation.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. The college provides all facilities. Our college provides all kinds of sports and games. Food served is available at any time. It provides a high-quality mess and canteen. The college provides medical facilities too for our emergency use.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are very helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. It has a very well teaching system apart from our subjects. They teach practically and theoretically. They teach easily, and we can understand it very well.

My opinion about my college

Placements: The placement is only given for CSE, IT and ECE departments in the percentage range of above 60%, but in the television advertisement, they will show always 100% placements on their campus which is fully fake. In fact, I am from the mechanical department and they didn't get any core company for my department as well as EEE. Apart from that, college surroundings and infrastructure are well and good.

Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is well and good. They will keep on concentrate on infrastructure and surroundings of my college to look better and give a pleasant feel for the students and movers in Pondicherry. Our college is one of the best for infrastructure. One thing missing is the playground which is essential for college students but there is no playground for students so it is one of the important disadvantages in my college.

Faculty: The faculty team friendly in terms of manners but they don't know more about their subject. They only prepare before their class hours. Department-wise, faculty members are so different in the ways of teaching in the CSE department. Technically strong faculty members are there. Coming to my department, there is one faculty member and he is the man who teaches me technically to understand the subject. Also, he tells some practical terms. For example, for some important questions that will make me understand the subject very quickly.

Other: One most important thing I want to tell you about my college is that they will ask money during every semester exam. It is normal for every college but the thing is they need more money from us instead of collecting the actual exam fee. They will ask money in the name of comments brakage, internal paper charges and some more and in this way, they ask more money from us.
