Placements: The average package is about 6 LPA, but the highest can be up to 18-20 LPA, and you also get an internship in big companies like Qualcomm and more. The rest is up to you, the harder you work, the more you will get. The T&P cell helps you get a job.
Infrastructure: Hostel life is very good. The food is a little bit average because most of the dishes are south indian, but the taste is very decent and much better than the other college hostel and mess. You can request the menu change as the menu is decided by the students only.
Faculty: Faculty, curriculum, and exams are very good. Some of the faculty are non-cooperative, but the rest are all very good, very helpful, and supportive. They help you in all ways. Exam questions are very easy, but you still have to study very well, and the exams are conducted very strictly.

The college is good for day scholars but not for hostellers.
Placements: There is 87% placement in the CSE branch, and sometimes it is said that there is 100% placement in CSE. The highest package is 10 LPA to 15 LPA. The average package is 6 LPA and the lowest package is 3 LPA. Wipro, IBM, TCS, Infosys, and Wipro have 89% placement in the CSE branch, and 70% of students from the civil department are placed in Wipro, I don't know the exact value.
Infrastructure: There is no Wi-Fi in the classrooms, but Wi-Fi in the hostel rooms is free. The hostel food is not good yet, and no canteen for hostellers. There are no medical facilities after 5 PM. Sports and games are there, but at night, there are no students on the ground after 7:00 PM, and there is no lighting facility on the ground.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and well-qualified, and the teaching quality is good. Teachers explain in English, I think, in this college. CSE is a good choice for all semester exams are not too hard, 50% is the passing percentage, and the previous year's questions are enough to pass the semester exam.
Other: Because CSE is my dream branch, it has a high chance of getting a job. There are fan and computer fests and events here.

PEC college review by a 3rd year student .
Placements: If you consider the computer science department out of 120 students in a year, 60 students will get placed. The highest package is around 13 Lacs per annum, and the lowest around 3 Lacs per annum. On average, 4 Lacs per annum, 60 percent of the students get internships in companies like TCS, Wipro, etc.
Infrastructure: When it comes to infrastructure, it is good that you will get decent old-fashioned classroom sets with outdated syllabi. Even the labs aren't modern; they use very old machines. Hostels are decent, but the food is not so good. There is an immediate medical team inside the campus.
Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified; most of the teachers here are Ph.D. holders. They are very helpful, and their teaching style is also very nice. When it comes to curriculum, it's old-fashioned and it is exam-relevant but not industry-relevant. Semester exams are difficult; you need 50 percent to pass the exam.
Other: I want to be a software engineer, so I chose computer science. The best thing about the course is that it was well organised in its manner. It would be better if it was upgraded to meet market needs and infrastructure. It would do much better. A rejouissance is an event conducted once a year and it contains literature and singing .

Puducherry Technological University - College life
Placements: Puducherry Technology University has a separate training and placement cell for helping the students to get placed in very good companies. Most of the good companies will hire our students. Some of the good companies are TCS, Cognizant, Zoho. The placement percentage of the Computer Science department is around 80% to 90%. In the technical departments, the probability of getting placed is much higher than the core.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this college is quite average because this college was built around 30 to 40 years ago, and the restrooms are unclean. The only building with good infrastructure is the admin building where the Mechatronics department is situated. There is a canteen for the students to have their food, and the campus covers an area of 200 acres (approximately). There is a central library which has more than a thousand books.
Faculty: The faculty members here are well-knowledgeable, and most of them have completed their Ph.D. in their respective fields. They interact with the students very much and provide more knowledge to the students. They provide more freedom to the students, which is usually utilized properly by the students. Their lectures are very good. Their teaching methods are of good quality. Puducherry Technological University has better faculty members than any other college in Pondicherry.
Other: The campus life in Puducherry Technological University is very good. The students here have a lot of free time to explore the college and develop their skills. There is a beach in front of our college, where students go in their free time. There is an annual fest which occurs every year in March called "Rejouir," which is a well-known college fest in Pondicherry.

A dream college for engineers.
Placements: 60 percent of students were placed in my course. The lowest package is 2 lacs per annum.
The average package is 5 lacs per annum.
The highest package is 12 lacs per annum.
The companies that came for recruitment are TCS, Cognizant, Wipro, Concentrix, Zoho, QUALCOMM, MRF, Delta, CSS Corp, and Tech Mahindra.
Infrastructure: Best facilities one could ask for. There are lots of infrastructural facilities available in the hostel, quality food available in the mess and canteen, medical facilities, sports and games. The water-drinking facility is available on all floors. The restrooms are clean, and hygiene and well maintained.
Faculty: Yes, the teaching here is so good. Students can easily access information through the library. This course is curriculum-relevant. Also, this helps students get ready for industry and campus placements. The difficulty of the exams is moderate. The pass percentage is 60/100.
Other: I chose this course because I love exploring computers. I wish to learn lots of skills and go to my dream companies. My college conducts lots of events, such as literary events, presentations, cultural events, hackathons, etc.

Review of Pondicherry Engineering College - PEC.
Placements: More than 65% of students got placed in our course. The highest salary package offered is 10 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 3.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Zoho, TCS, and HCL. Around 90% of students got internships in Cognizant and Zoho. Top roles offered by our course are HR and senior software developer.
Infrastructure: Our college provides many facilities in our department like a water purifier, smart classrooms, a library, Wi-Fi, etc. The quality of the food is average. We have a dispensary in our college for medical purposes.
Faculty: All teachers are very kind and well-knowledgeable. They conduct three internal exams. The teaching quality is good. The course is relevant to every student. The semester exams are not very difficult because our teachers make students prepare well. The pass percentage is 50%.
Other: Our course is easy to understand. I chose this course because it has a good scope in the future. Our college conducts many extracurricular activities. It organises sports activities on the ground. Our college should conduct more practical sessions in the lab.

The infrastructure of our college is comparatively good.
Placements: 8 percent students were placed in our college. The highest package in our college is 12 Lacs per annum, the lowest package is 3 Lacs per annum and the average package is 7 Lacs per annum. Most of the CSE students get placed.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is comparatively good and facilities are okay. The quality of the facilities in our hostel is average and the quality of food in mess and canteen is good. We do have medical facilities in a dispensary. We do have sports and games with a big ground too.
Faculty: The professors in our college are qualified with Ph.D. degree and they teach in English. They are not very helpful we have to do our work by our own. The course and curriculum are relevant to the B.Tech course. It makes students ready for the industry.

College infrastructure is average, faculty is really good and helpful to students
Placements: 70 percent of students from CSE, ECE and IT departments got placed in different companies with an average of 5-7 LPA. The highest package offered is 13LPA and the lowest package offered is 3 LPA. 90 percent of the students got internships in different companies.
Infrastructure: College infrastructure is average, we all have good labs, and all are fully equipped and Wi-Fi enabled. All classrooms are equipped with projectors, we have a dispensary for the medical emergencies and when it comes to hostel, it is not up to the mark.
Faculty: Faculty is really good and helpful to students. All the professors are well qualified in their respective subjects, all the professors are Ph.D. scholars. Our college curriculum is relevant. It makes the students ready for the industry. Semester exams are somewhat difficult comparatively.

Hi,
In first year you have to pay around 20,000 for two semester 1st and 2st semester including caution deposit which will be payable after completion of your UG course, and in the 2nd and 3rd year and final year you have to pay INR. 18,000/-
