Our college provides poor placements for mechanical engineering students.
Placements: Around 50% of students from our department get placed in IT sectors. Placements are not provided from core fields. TCS, Wipro, and CTS are the top recruiters. Offer letters are provided in January 2022 but students are not called for placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our campus is good. Lab facilities are good. The quality of food served in the hostel is not good. Sports and games are for namesake. Wi-Fi connectivity is not meant for students to access through their mobiles but it is available in the laboratories.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are knowledgeable. The teaching quality is good. The course curriculum is not completely relevant. Semester exams for mechanical engineering are difficult to clear because of the analytical concepts.
Other: Placements should be provided according to respective departments because most of the mechanical engineering students are placed in the IT sector. Sports activities and cultural activities are not organised regularly.

Satisfied feeling of the college totally.
Placements: 1. Only around 50% of the students were placed. 2. The highest salary offered -6L per annum, the lowest -2L per annum was offered. 3. TCS, Zoho, Wipro are the top recruiters. 4. GET roles only as trainees not as employees were offered. 5. The highest-1.2L per annum, the lowest-96000 per annum was offered to our course. 6. Just a handful got internship and the companies are local companies.
Infrastructure: 1. No Wi-Fi facility, Labs classrooms library are fine. Labs were good equipped but weren't let to utilize fully. 2. Hostel is not good, canteen mess all are horrible, Medical facilities haha they won't let us use them. Sports and games weren't allowed to play.
Faculty: 1. Teachers were not fully knowledgeable they did what the syllabus had. Teaching quality is not good. But the teachers were double faced. 2. Not at all. Only book contents are taught. Students were not given any exposure. A typical syllabus based faculty student relationship.
Other: 1. Mechanical engineering is my favorite course. The best thing is machines. 2. Entirely the college can be changed and the syllabus can be changed. 3. No events, fest weren't there, campus crowd was moderate, connectivity is bad, campus surrounding was good, Scholarships were there, extracurricular activities I haven't heard of them.

It provides a good environment for students and infrastructure is good.
Placements: Almost 87% of the students from our course got placed. The highest salary offered is Rs. 1.5 lacs per month. The lowest salary offered is Rs. 15,000 per month. TCS and MRF are the top recruiting companies. The manager is the top role offered to students. The average salary offered is Rs. 25,000 per month. Almost 37% of the students get an internship in TCS and Ashok Leyland.
Infrastructure: The campus is Wi-Fi enabled. There is a library with a lot of collection and also a digital library. There are various labs worth Rs. 2.5 crores. The quality of the facilities in our hostel is very good. The quality of the food served in the mess and canteen are excellent. The medical facilities, sports and games are excellent and well-maintained.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are very helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. The quality of teaching is good and friendly. This course curriculum is relevant, and it makes us industry-ready on various basis.
Other: I chose this course because of my interests and curiosity in mechanical. It makes my knowledge much more creative. There should be more job opportunities. All the events are coordinately organised with fun and involvement. They support and motivate us to participate also in other colleges.

Infrastructure and facilities are good in our college.
Placements: Almost 90% of the students got placed in our college. The highest salary offered is Rs. 25,000 per month and the lowest salary offered is Rs. 10,000 per month. The top recruiting companies are TCS, Justdail, Ashoka Ltd., MRF. TCS company recruited six members, Justdial recruited two members, MRF recruited one member in our college. Nearly 70% of the students got an internship at our college.
Infrastructure: Facilities available are air-conditioned classrooms, Wi-Fi and the library, and all departments textbook are available in our college. All the facilities are good. Hostel facilities are good with air-conditioning and hygienic food, but hostel rooms are very limited.
Faculty: Professors have good knowledge, help the students in projects, teachers teach from out of the portion and use PDF for teaching, and they conduct a workshop in our college. The college provides industry visits to the final year students 4 or 5 times in a year.
Other: I chose this course to get more knowledge, earn more money. We need more design classes.

I am not well satisfied with the college due to sports activities.
Placements: About 56% of the students got placed in our course. The highest salary package of 10 LPA and the lowest salary package of 2 LPA and the salary package of 3 LPA are offered to students. TCS, Zoho, Amazon, Sutherland, etc., are the top recruiters. I have no idea about the top roles offered. The highest salary package of 6 LPA and the lowest salary package of 2 LPA and the average salary package of 3.5 LPA are offered in our course. Around 25% of the students got internships in various core industries such as TCS, Lucas, TVS, etc.
Infrastructure: There are good classrooms with good ventilation, and smart classrooms are available for the better improvement of technical concepts with visualisation. There is an air-conditioned digital library with super internet facility available. The food quality in the college hostel is poor, but medical facilities are satisfactory. The sports facility is also poor.
Faculty: Teachers are sometimes helpful, have good qualification and average knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is not satisfactory to the students. The course curriculum is not irrelevant to the students, and it makes a huge discrepancy for the students in their industry life.
Other: I chose this course because I have an interest in it, and it provides good analytical skills for us. I wish that the college should update the syllabus. Mitilence is a national level technical symposium conducted in every year in our college.

Students can learn more life skills here apart from syllabus.
Placements: Almost 72% of students were placed from the previous batch. The highest salary package offered was 11 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 2.5 LPA. The average salary package offered was 4 LPA. Companies like TCS, Sutherland, Infant Engineers and LSE visited our campus for placements. I don't have an idea about the top roles offered. The highest salary package offered in our course was 7 LPA. The lowest salary package offered in our course was 2.5 LPA. The average salary package offered in our course was 3 LPA. About 15% of the students got internships in companies like TCS and Lucas TVS.
Infrastructure: The college provides facilities like spacious classrooms with good ventilation and excellent lab facilities. Many departmental activities are conducted here. There is a central library which has many technical and non-technical books with numerous magazines. Quality of hostel is normal, but the food served is not satisfactory. Sports facilities are poor, but medical facilities are satisfactory.
Faculty: Teachers are partially helpful, well-qualified and average knowledgeable. Their teaching quality was not that good. However, they make us learn in a good manner, and they motivate us to learn. The course curriculum makes a great difference for the students to develop their industrial work.
Other: I was interested in becoming a mechanical engineer as it has many core fields and more opportunity. The college should provide more practical knowledge, industrial exposure and update the syllabus.

The college is good who don't need enjoyment and placement.
Placements: We are the first batch of the mechanical department. No core placements offered for our friends. 1MNC ( TCS ) company visited for the placement, and 4 students from our department got placed. BPO and marketing placements took place, and no one from our department attended it. We went for implant training, not an intern. The placement cell is useless for our department. They do no activities for our career.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college was good not completed fully because it was under construction. No Wi-Fi facility for the students. Average classrooms are provided on the campus. The library is quite useful for the students. Only the labs were superb in our college with the high class interior, new mechanical machines, new computers, etc. The canteen is average and poor sometimes. The hostel rooms are also average not with all kind of facilities.
Faculty: The mechanical professors are freshers, but they are helpful to their extension. Four professors are experienced. They are more knowledgeable and gave many ideas during the project. The head of the department is a pillar of mechanical since he is more experienced and quite helpful except at offering the placements. The teaching quality was great, and the teaching methods used are blackboard, PPT and computer lab. We went 6 industrial visits to different sectors of mechanical and had good exposure. The course curriculum was good, and it can update more.

I am satisfied with this college and I recommend this college.
Placements: An average of 80% of students will be placed. Highest would be 6LPA and the lowest will be 2LPA. Companies like TCS, Wipro, and CTS recruit us. Almost 95% of them attended internships around Tamil Nadu in different companies. We can be in production control, modeler if you know designing you can also be designed.
Infrastructure: The infrastructures are good and it's comfortable for students in every way. There will be Wi-Fi around the college campus. Technical band subject-related books will be filled throughout the library. The hostel was good and each have separate beds everyone should return before 8, and the food provided was good. There will be opportunities for sports.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified. They will solve doubts whenever necessary. There will be revision classes. It gives good knowledge. Semesters will be difficult sometimes. The college will give min 50% pass percentage every sem and the overall pass percentage when they finish the course will be 80% or above.
Other: No.
