The worst college to take admission.
Placements: It is not the college for good placements. Even if companies come, they offer around 3 LPA. But in core branches like mechanical, there are zero placements. You cannot get internships through this college. Everything you should get on your own. So keep in mind placements.
Infrastructure: Students from E2 to E4 need to stay in the rented campus in Ongole, as RGUKT Ongole has no permanent campus. Intermediate 1st year to engineering 1st year students need to stay in the RK Valley campus. The infrastructure is the worst in the hostels in this rented one, as nearly 25 to 30 students need to share one room. There is very little space in the mess. Many students sit outside and eat.
Faculty: Faculty are too cooperative. You get more free time to manage your personal things. Semester exams are easy to pass. You can prepare well for competitive exams as you will get more free time here. It is the college for an easy pass in exams, and the difficulty is very low.
Other: Think many times before you join this college. This college is only for students who are financially weak and find it easy to pass in semesters. Less fee around 1.5 Lacs to 2 Lacs for a total 6-year course for scholarship students, but it is not the college for non-scholarship students. You can join another college.
