It's really good to study at Rathinam.

Placements: In my college, the placement percentage is 100%. The highest package is 6 LPA, and the lowest is 2 LPA. Several companies visit are related to the psychology field, mainly for clinical psychology. The top role offered is a psychologist in a reputable company. Internship at the end of each semester provides good exposure during college.

Infrastructure: The college has Wi-Fi, separate labs for each department, and a library with AC. Regarding the hostel and food, it's good for the fees paid. Sports and medical facilities are available. The mess food is good. Books regarding every department are available in the library. The hostel infrastructure is good.

Faculty: The teachers are qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is good. Semester exams can be difficult, but you can crack them if you study well before the exams. The pass percentage is 45%. If you get 45 in the exam, you pass. The syllabus is relevant to the course, and it makes students ready for the job.

Other: Events are conducted during the semesters. Other than that, every occasion is celebrated like Pongal, Onam, etc. Scholarships are also available, and sports are given priority.

Placements can be improved.

Placements: Till now, about 50% of students have been placed. The minimum package offered is 3 LPA, while the average package is up to 50 LPA. Companies like Accenture, Payoda, Callibrant, Cart Rabbit, and TCS recruit students for roles such as software developer, web developer, front-end developer, back-end developer, and junior trainee.

Infrastructure: Students are advised to bring their own laptops for several courses. Lab facilities are poor, and the Wi-Fi is very slow. The Wi-Fi password is frequently changed, and even then, it cannot load a webpage. Classrooms are okay but not great; some blocks are in good condition, but others are not. However, the library has interesting and good books.

Faculty: Teachers mostly do not care much about students’ studies, and it is the students’ own responsibility to learn. Some teachers are very qualified and helpful, but others are not well-qualified and struggle to explain concepts properly. Preparing for industry falls entirely on the students, as faculty do not focus on this. The course syllabus is outdated and not aligned with current industry needs. Semester exams are not difficult since the syllabus is provided beforehand. The passing percentage is 35%.

Other: I chose this course for its development opportunities. However, the syllabus needs improvement, and faculty members should be more competent in handling this course. Weekly events are organized, and festivals like Onam and Pongal are celebrated grandly. The campus surroundings are neat and well-maintained, and sports are supported.

Faculty, placements, and cultural events are absolutely good. They make a very good environment.

Placements: The placement in this college is truly very good. The highest package is 58 LPA, mainly because of good placement and soft skill training. There is a very advanced AI skill lab and experienced placement training faculty. They also have experienced soft-skill trainers.

Infrastructure: The environment is good with high-quality infrastructure, Wi-Fi, and good hostel facilities. The campus is safe and secure. The hostel mess food is really good, and the menu changes every week.

Faculty: Faculty members are very friendly. They are experienced and helpful. The curriculum is very advanced compared to other colleges. They share their knowledge to help students crack placements. Most students have no arrears because of faculty members.

Other: This college is famous for cultural events and fests. In extracurricular activities, they are very encouraging and have started clubs for photography, videography, dance, singing, etc.

My college is very affordable for all who are willing to gain knowledge.

Placements: The placement rate in our college was more than 65%. The lowest package in our placement was around 2 LPA - 3 LPA. The best high package in our course was around 45 LPA - 50 LPA. The average package in our course was around 8 LPA - 11 LPA. There were many companies like Wipro, Zoho, TCL, etc.

Infrastructure: There were satisfactory classrooms and a very good Wi-Fi connection. There were advanced technology labs and the library environment was very quiet. There were many sports facilities. They organized many activities, etc. I guarantee that if you get admission to this college then you never regret it. One of the best infrastructures on this campus.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and full of kindness. The exams were moderately tough, and the pass rate in each subject was 49%. I am very happy and satisfied with this college and its professors. At the Rathinam campus, we learn many more opportunities and attractive skills.

Rathinam College of Arts and Science is the best college.

Placements: I pursued a BBA CA course. Around 70-80% of various course students get placed every year. The highest package offered is around 10 LPA. Around 60-80% of students secure internships during the course. Companies like Amazon, Infosys, and TCS offer internships.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is only good in C tower remaining A and B blocks are so bad. Restrooms are not good. Labs are good. The library is also good and very good in only C tower. In that tower, we have a lift and AC in classrooms. There are 6 fans in each classroom and good restroom facilities. For girls, sanitary is good, but it is only available in the C tower.

Faculty: Faculty members are good, but some of them have very bad behavior which makes students angry. They take the mobile phones of students for silly things. Some faculty members are so rude during the internal or semester examinations. Some of them are good in exam times.

Other: The college hosts various fests and cultural events including a Rathinam fest, a tech fest, and business summits. There are active student clubs like dance, music, photography, entrepreneurs, and sports.
