RICS Amity Highlights 2025

RICS School of Built Environment, Amity University, also known as RICS SBE is a joint venture between RICS India Private Limited and Amity University. RICS SBE was established in Noida in 2013. The institute claims to be India’s first and only School of Built Environment which offers specialised undergraduate and postgraduate programmes like BBA, MBA, PGD, and PhD to aspirants willing to work in the Real Estate, Construction and Infrastructure sectors. RICS SBE also serves as a research and development hub for technical expertise in built environment.

Absolutely satisfied because of faculty, good placements in 2019, really good .

Placements: Around 70 % students gets on campus placement although the salary in not that much but there is mass place of student. The highest package received by student is 8 Lacs per annum. And the lowest is 4 Lacs per annum but the average package is 6 Lacs per annum. Top recruiting company are Amazon, myntra etc. Student had to get internship by themself .

Infrastructure: The facilities in my college is top class obu the facility are value for money. Infact facility are top in entire country. The whole campus have high-speed Wi-Fi which is great. Amenities like basketball ground, Tennis court, gym and many more. Talking about the hostel the hostel is both AC and non AC according to the fees. The quality of fees available in mess is really good its not that bad like other hostel.

Faculty: Talking about the faculty the faculty is Top class. All of them all Ph.D. holders and gives us a great knowledge. Yes the course is very relevant and after doing it student will be ready to work in industry. The semester exam in this college is little bit hard and the passing percentage is 45 %. .

Other: I choose this course because I have always been interested in business the wanted to learn the business technique. I think according to me there should be more practical knowledge in my course. Event and, fest are the best in our college many superstars have been frequently visited my college so the events and fests are great.

Our college provides the best infrastructure. The fee structure is also affordable.

Placements: Our college provides excellent placements to all students. The highest salary package offered was 14 LPA. The minimum salary package offered was 3 LPA. Internships were also provided in this course.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure was very good with all modern amenities. Wi-Fi network was provided on campus and hostel as well. Air-conditioners were available in the classrooms, and laboratories were also good. The food served in the canteen was better.

Faculty: Regular tests were conducted to make students ready for the semester exams. The pass percentage was 60-70%. Regular industry visits were conducted by this college for good learning. Teachers were helpful and well-qualified.

Other: The campus was well-designed. Events, programs, and fests were conducted. Scholarships were also available for students.

Amity University, Noida and its good infrastructure

Placements: We are going to pass out soon, and the seniors among us have already got pretty good placements. Many students get internships at different companies. Qualcomm and Amazon are the top companies on the list. It's really great to study at Amity College as the faculty is great.

Infrastructure: The classrooms are good; they have good air conditioning, and also the canteen is good. Although the canteen could have been a bit bigger, it would have been better for us. The food is also good. There is Wi-Fi in the college which is used for college purposes.

Faculty: The teachers are very helpful, and the pass percentage is about 80 per cent. Actually, most people clear their backlogs in the next few semesters, and the teachers are very helpful. The exam curriculum is fine, and the students are ready for the new world.

Other: The fests are amazing. The activities also give the students a good chance to spend a good little fun time in college.

Placement stats for the year 2024 have not been released. The school conducts industry interactions between students and experts through various expert talks, site visits, and industrial linkages. RICS School of Built Environment, Amity University helps in the personality development of students via soft skills training in addition to imparting job-ready skillsets. RIICS Amity Courses and Fees 2025

The school offers six courses across two streams. The graduate and postgraduate courses are in full-time mode with duration ranging from two to three years, respectively, while the postgraduate diploma is of one year divided into two semesters.

MBA is offered in three specialisations, whereas PGD is offered in one specialisation.
PhD in Built Environment is an interdisciplinary programme offered in four specialisations in full-time and part-time modes.
Full-time PhD is for three-year duration, while part-time PhD is for four-and-a-half years.
Candidates who are willing to pursue BBA in Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure can choose electives in fifth and sixth semester, while students pursuing MBA need to undertake a capstone project and summer internship.
For MBA in Construction Project Management, preference will be given to engineers and architects.
PGD in Facilities Management is available at Noida campus only along with a 12-week NTCC summer internship during second semester.
Candidates can also pursue international summer internship programmes such as Asian Cities Programme, Liverpool Summer Internship Programme (L-SIP) at an additional cost.
Site visits for exposure to real life projects, international guest lectures and India Built Environment Studio, an eight-week studio programme which provides exposure regarding the Indian built environment via a hands-on research and workshop approach that is also helpful for the students.
