Absolutely a good college, with better placements, outdated infrastructure, and a better crowd.
Placements: Generally, schools in India and abroad come for placements, and nearly 90% of students get placed. Many schools follow RIE norms, with salaries of Rs. 45,000 for TGT and Rs. 55,000 for PGT positions. It is better to opt for a B.Sc. B.Ed. You can pursue a master's degree from research institutes and IITs. In fact, many students go for higher studies.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good. Wi-Fi availability depends on the location. The library is excellent, and we get access to various journals, newspapers, and books. The library also has computer facilities. The hostel rooms have double-sharing arrangements. The food is vegetarian but below average. Hostel accommodation is not provided to students with backlogs.
Faculty: The exams are simple, but the curriculum is quite outdated. Faculty is good, and the Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry departments are fine. The exams consist of 50% internal assessments and 50% final semester examinations. You can explore many other fields as well. To be honest, the college is decent.
Other: Events happen very often.

Absolutely satisfied with faculty, friends, campus, infrastructure, and placements.
Placements: Regional Institute of Education is a central college. It's the only college in India that offers Integrated M.Sc. Ed. The college gives 66 seats in integrated Masters for students. There are 100 percent placement offers. Each subject has 22 seats for Maths, Physics, and Chemistry.
Infrastructure: There is Wi-fi, labs, classrooms, an auditorium, and a library of more than 60,000 books. In the hostel Wi-Fi is available. Hygiene and cleanliness are maintained in mess. Sports and games are also practiced. Twice a year, competitions are conducted. Medical facilities are also available on the campus.
Faculty: The faculty is well-trained and knowledgeable. Most of the faculty are scholars and there are scientists too. The curriculum is relevant and makes students ready for the future. There is 93 percent pass percentage. The exams are moderate, not too tough not too simple.
Other: I chose this course to complete my PG at a time continuously and be fixed to one particular job. I want to be a professor. There is a peaceful and beautiful campus. Excellent book availability in the library. The college has diversity, every culture gets the same and equal respect.

With resources they have, they can do so much better.
Placements: Around February-March, schools from South India come for the placements. It is open to all the students, and they ask us to select 3 schools. College norm is Rs. 50,000-60,000 per month with SMTMS food and accommodation. Many schools agree to norms and pay us the same. But, some schools negotiate and make it to Rs. 30,000-35,000 per month. Some are in cities, while a few are in rural areas. Many students receive one or another offer. Though there are a few who might not get it. The college organises a really good placement drive compared to other B.Ed colleges.
Infrastructure: The college and hostel have an old infrastructure. It is not glamorous. It is a spacious, not so big, but calm campus. Wi-Fi, library, and drinking water are available. The hostel has 2-3 sharing rooms, and it is in good condition. Hostel timings are strict for girls, i.e., 6 AM - 8 PM. Hostel food is below average, and there is no mess hall option. The campus canteen is average with no proper gym, but there is an open gym, a playground, and basketball and volleyball courts (which are often used by students). The college has a medical clinic, not a 24x7 one, but it's free, and a doctor visits sometimes. Sports meet happens once a year, and the volleyball community is quite active as well.
Faculty: The course curriculum is really great for the B.Ed part. It really makes us stand out with the kind of course structure, with internships and school attachment programs as well. But if students are into the core subject, such as B.Sc or B.A. The content is much weaker compared to other degrees. The college conducts triple exams, 2 internals and one final, which are internals, exams, or assignments, and even the final exams, which are not that difficult. They do not prescribe textbooks other than reference books, so we have to study on our own. We cannot completely expect to rely on faculty members and expect spoon-feeding. Faculty members maintain a very professional boundary and can be biased.
Other: The campus has one or another cultural programme going on, which is not very glamorous or vibrant, but is quite okay. Scholarship is provided for eligible students, but it is sometimes delayed. If students are someone who really wants to pursue extracurricular activities seriously, then this is not a place for them. Students can have a slow-paced campus life here. The administration of the college can be better in the aspect of certificates and other processes. The crowd is very multicultural, and there are students from all over India, mainly South India.

Best institute for teacher training.
Placements: 85% of students got placed in our course. Internships are done at Navodaya Vidyalaya in 7th semester of B.Sc.Ed or B.A. B.Ed. All the students in the course are given internships. The highest package is Rs 50,000 per month, and the lowest salary is Rs 20,000 per month. Reputed CBSE schools offer placements.
Infrastructure: Both girls and boys hostels have Wi-Fi, labs are good for physics and chemistry. Library facilities are good. Hostel facilities are good, and time slots for food in the hostel are punctual. Campus surroundings are very well-equipped with open gym area and a stationary shop is also available near to campus. Evening walks are preferable. Cycle is also allowed inside the hostel. Sports and games facilities are good with sports and athletic meets. Food is good with the money we spend.
Faculty: Teachers are well-educated, qualified, and knowledgeable. Curriculum is relevant, and up to date information is provided. Refer to the previous year's question paper and prepare for the exam. Pass percentage is 85%. And almost B.Ed exams are easy compared to our core subject.
Other: NCERT scholarships are available for students who score good marks in semester exams. Extracurricular activities and regional fests are given more importance at the college. The course I chose is M.Sc. Ed which will be completed within 6 years, campus placement is also fine.

It has a beautiful and green campus.
Placements: There will be campus selection every year and students get placed as high school teachers like 11th and 12th teachers. All students get internships in Navodaya Vidyalayas, which is located all over India. Colleges and schools from all over India come for campus selection every year.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good and it has almost everything that is necessary like separate labs for students every year. It has well-maintained classrooms. Free Wi-Fi is available. There is a library which is very helpful for students. The quality of facilities in the hostel is not bad. Food is manageable and sometimes really nice. Only veg food is available in the mess and canteen.
Faculty: Many teachers are helpful. They all are qualified and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is good except for a few of them. The course curriculum makes us ready for the service without any doubt. Since it is an integrated course, we also study education subjects which makes us ready for the future.
Other: NCERT provides scholarships to eligible students. Extracurricular activities are given importance.

Satisfied with the college atmosphere and faculty.
Placements: I am doing MScEd, and the package I get is around 75k per month from the college campus placement. I did my internship in JNV Malappuram. The schools all across Mysore come for campus placement. If you clear NET CTET, you can even apply for KV NVS, etc. The salary ranges from 35k to 75k.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available in hostels. Every year has its own separate labs. The library is well-equipped. Cantern is not proper. There are nine labs for Physics, 6 labs for Chemistry, 2 mathematics labs, 2 ICT labs, 4 botany labs, 4 Zoology labs, and one psychology lab.
Faculty: Teachers are overqualified, and they sometimes complete their syllabus or leave it to us. The exam is a moderate level, you can pass if you read 3 days prior to the exam. The curriculum is somewhat outdated, and it is more focused on an educational perspective, unlike other M.Sc. degrees. The quality of the teacher is 4/5.
Other: I took this course because I wanted to be a teacher. Reduce Hindi dominance on the campus. Fest and all are too regionalistic.
