Best institute for teacher training.
Placements: 85% of students got placed in our course. Internships are done at Navodaya Vidyalaya in 7th semester of B.Sc.Ed or B.A. B.Ed. All the students in the course are given internships. The highest package is Rs 50,000 per month, and the lowest salary is Rs 20,000 per month. Reputed CBSE schools offer placements.
Infrastructure: Both girls and boys hostels have Wi-Fi, labs are good for physics and chemistry. Library facilities are good. Hostel facilities are good, and time slots for food in the hostel are punctual. Campus surroundings are very well-equipped with open gym area and a stationary shop is also available near to campus. Evening walks are preferable. Cycle is also allowed inside the hostel. Sports and games facilities are good with sports and athletic meets. Food is good with the money we spend.
Faculty: Teachers are well-educated, qualified, and knowledgeable. Curriculum is relevant, and up to date information is provided. Refer to the previous year's question paper and prepare for the exam. Pass percentage is 85%. And almost B.Ed exams are easy compared to our core subject.
Other: NCERT scholarships are available for students who score good marks in semester exams. Extracurricular activities and regional fests are given more importance at the college. The course I chose is M.Sc. Ed which will be completed within 6 years, campus placement is also fine.

It has a beautiful and green campus.
Placements: There will be campus selection every year and students get placed as high school teachers like 11th and 12th teachers. All students get internships in Navodaya Vidyalayas, which is located all over India. Colleges and schools from all over India come for campus selection every year.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good and it has almost everything that is necessary like separate labs for students every year. It has well-maintained classrooms. Free Wi-Fi is available. There is a library which is very helpful for students. The quality of facilities in the hostel is not bad. Food is manageable and sometimes really nice. Only veg food is available in the mess and canteen.
Faculty: Many teachers are helpful. They all are qualified and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is good except for a few of them. The course curriculum makes us ready for the service without any doubt. Since it is an integrated course, we also study education subjects which makes us ready for the future.
Other: NCERT provides scholarships to eligible students. Extracurricular activities are given importance.

It is the best and perfect for students who want to opt for the teaching profession.
Placements: It has almost 100% placements aggregate. The highest salary package offered is 12 LPA and the average salary package offered is 4 LPA. Top recruitment is taken abroad like UAE, Qatar, etc. Internships are provided by the campus itself for a period of 2 months. The main role of the course is teaching and sub roles can be taken by the students as per their wish and interest.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the campus is spread over 200 acres of land. Wi-Fi connection is completely established throughout the campus. It has hostels, library, labs, etc. Classrooms are multi-oriented with smart teaching as well as in traditional ways. It has a big library containing study books as well as books related to other affairs. The lab is situated above the library where observation and study of the sky is taken place. It has 5 hostels, 3 for girls and 2 for boys. Food is purely vegetarian, with a clean and neat mess hall or dining hall. For medical facilities, first aid treatment is possible. Sports and athletics are conducted.
Faculty: Teachers are in a way to teach and go, the rest of the job is for students to refer and find out the points. All the teachers are bagged with M.Sc to PhD. The course curriculum is relevant, and here students are built with a quality of how to teach and how to learn. Semester exams are quite easy compared to engineering and medical colleges. The pass percentage is almost 80%.
Other: This course is mainly for students who are ambitious to become teachers for the better future of the nation. The main problem faced by the students is lack of content because the degree provided here is triple so the student is only going through the surface of the respective subjects. Scholarships are provided by NCERT of Rs. 8,000 per semester according to the scholarship rule. Fests and events are conducted, starting with flash mobs and ending in celebrations.

My life experience in RIEM.
Placements: We have 100% placements, but the problem is we won't get government placements. It will be some private school contact placements. It will have a below-average salary and no use in any type of CV. The placement cell of our college follows a very outdated methodology.
Infrastructure: Good infrastructure and labs are 8/10. Sometimes there won't be chemicals for 3 or 4 weeks, and in the physics lab, half of the apparatus is non-functional. Wi-Fi is available in every building, but the range is poor. Mess food is affordable, but the quality is not maintained.
Faculty: Good faculty; they teach whatever is relevant to the topic. The exam is purely based on what they teach. But the curriculum we have is not enough for any competitive exams. Semester exams are not so difficult; they are moderate. Almost everyone will pass. We don't have any industrial use as it is a teacher training institute.

Good infrastructure and hostel facilities. Good study environment. Best faculty members.
Placements: Hi guys, I am a student of RIE, Mysore, currently in the 2nd year pursuing M.Sc. Ed Mathematics. This is a 6-year course where the first 4 years the syllabus is the same as B.Sc. Ed students, and the last two years are M.Sc. syllabus. As it is governed by NCERT and is a teacher education program, education is compulsory in every semester. It will not only help you in getting a job but also in educational psychology, children psychology, learning styles, etc., which will be helpful to maintain a good sustainable lifestyle. Every year, in the 7th semester, students get an opportunity to do internships in very good schools, mostly in JNVs and KVS. Talking about placements, last year, all the students who sat for interviews got their jobs. The least salary for TGT teachers was 44k per month, and for PGT teachers, it was 55k per month. Some schools provide food and accommodation as well. It is really a good college for pursuing teacher education. But if you are interested in searching for a career in any other field except education, it may not be as helpful compared to IISc, IIT, NIT, etc. But still, you can go for research after pursuing the course. I have seen my seniors doing research during the ongoing courses as well. In the end, RIE, Mysore is far better than any other state government colleges.
Infrastructure: In the college campus and hostel, we get Wi-Fi facility everywhere. The computer labs (3) are equipped with lots of computers for usage by students and teachers for projects. Many skill development programs and additional courses with certification are also held in the ICT Lab. The hostel food is served 3 times a day:
Morning breakfast – It is delicious and has a proper menu designed by the contractor. There are 7 different breakfast options for the 7 days of the week. Milk is also provided every day.
Lunch – It is completely South Indian style food, which is sometimes not tasty for North Indian people.
Dinner – It is very good and healthy, catering to both North and South Indian people. Every 15 days, special food like Gobi Manchurian, ice cream, and fruit salad is served.
Faculty:
Faculty members in RIE, Mysore are very experienced, being some of the best teachers in their field. Many of them have also published several research papers. They are very good at understanding the students and are experts in educational psychology. The way of teaching is very nice, and they maintain a two-way communication in class. Most of the classes have projects, which are effectively used by teachers. The whole academic calendar is produced every year in the month of January. However, as it is affiliated with the University of Mysore, the exam timetable comes a little late, usually 10-15 days before the exams. But the starting date of exams is already given in the academic calendar produced in January, so students can get a clear idea of the examination schedule.
Other: The best thing about the college is that it is one of the best colleges for producing the best teachers and researchers. The college may develop further if it gets the dean university approval. Lots of cultural events are held every semester, and as it is an all-India level institute, festivals from various regions are celebrated. The cultural integration is the best part of the college. Except that, there are also lots of clubs that facilitate students to grow.

It is the best college for teachers course.
Placements: Many schools offer placements here and with a good package. The package offered is around Rs. 40,000 per month and will go high also. Most of the students are placed here. The highest salary is Rs. 60,000 per month. Cultural activities also play a vital role in this college and it will also be considered.
Infrastructure: Facilities are good. Free Wi-Fi is available on the campus with decent speed. The library has Wi-Fi, but we cannot access the internet on our phones or personal laptops, but can be accessed through the computer which is kept in the library. We can make good use of the library as it is full of academic books.
Faculty: Teachers here are helpful and highly qualified. Teachers here have high knowledge and effective teaching. The teaching quality is pretty good and easy to go.
Other: I chose the MSc.Ed. in Chemistry course. It is a six-year course where we get our B.Sc, M.Sc, and B.Ed degrees, and it is one of the reasons I opted for this course.
