Our college teachers are good, but it needs some improvement that I have discussed above.

Placements: Almost 55% of the students were placed in our course, the highest salary is Rs. 22000/- per month and the average salary is Rs 18000/- per month and Rs. 15000/- is the lowest salary offered per month in our course. There are no top recruiting companies for our course. and also there are no top roles offered in our course.

Infrastructure: The facilities we have in our college/department/course is, we have Wi-Fi but it's useless for the students, classrooms are very clean and it has very big space. In our college, we don't have any mess or any hostel, but we have a canteen for students and for teachers also, we have medical facilities for everyone.

Faculty: Our teachers are very helpful and supportive to us, they are very much qualified and well knowledgeable. That's why the teaching quality is very good. This course's curriculum is relevant. This course can make the student's industry ready if they want. The semester exams are very difficult passing percentage result of our college is around 70-80 %.

Other: I have chosen this course because of my interest in it, the best thing in this course that I like is you gather knowledge about the financial part of our country. I wish the campus would be better and bigger.

Review of Rishi Bankim Chandra College.

Placements: B.Com (Hons) is one of the most reputed courses available in the college. The meritorious students studying under this course are surely going to get placed in different organisations at management posts. The passing students of the year 2020 are being placed in Haldiram, Wipro and other management organisations. The placement percentage has been around 40% and it depends on the skills and merit of the individuals. The highest salary offered through this course was Rs.45,000 per month and an average salary offered is Rs. 20,000 per month.

Infrastructure: Wi-fi facility is available for the students all over the campus. But it is only limited to 20 MB per student. The classrooms are clean and are having a decent seating facility. There are no hostels available as of now. There is a gym, sports room and ground in front of the main building. The new building made for the evening session is much better in infrastructure.

Faculty: Faculty members in our course are well qualified and helpful. They give proper attention to every student and help them in any academic issue. Most of the teachers speak the regional language, which may be a problem for someone who is not from Bengal. The course curriculum has been updated recently, and a new CBCS system has been applied. Overall, it is better with some new tweaks which make it more relevant to the industry.

Other: I did my higher education with commerce stream. So it was somehow an obvious choice to select B.Com (H). Syllabus could be updated to make the course industry-ready.

It is an average college.

Placements: Our college provides few placement opportunities. If you have potential, then you can get a good job. The salary offered is Rs. 20,000 per month. Around 50-60% of students got placed in our college. Many small companies visit our college to recruit students. Students got internships in CA firms.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. Our college has computer labs, classrooms, a chemistry lab, a biology lab, classrooms, a library, a seminar hall, etc. All of them are equipped with air-conditioners. Classrooms are non-air-conditioned. A few months ago, floors and stairs were re-constructed with tiles. They painted the walls of the college.

Faculty: Teachers are not much skillful. Students correct the mistakes of teachers. Nobody comes to college except some. They come to the college for some office work. It is not a college but a roaming place to roam. Anybody can enter our college. They don't provide restrictions.

Other: I opted for this college because of my preparation for the CMA exam, and attendance is not mandatory in our college.

It is suitable for learning.

Infrastructure: There are many facilities provided in my college. There are game, library and sports. This college provides cricket, football, Carom and celebrate every festival. Our library provide best books and Wi-Fi is also there.

Faculty: Our college teachers are good. There are many teachers who provide extra classes for their students. They don’t tolerate rude behavior by students. Further, our teachers support to prepare for exams.

Other: Our college union organises every events in the campus to time to time. This college provide scholarship based on the result and cast certificate. Our college union help to solve any problem. They provide Wi-Fi and restaurant.

There are good infrastructure and facilities with a great service.

Placements: 40 to 45% of students got placed in my course. The minimum package is 1,50,000 and maximum salary is 4,00,000. Recruiting companies are Tata, Bajaj, SBI, and Bank of Baroda. It has the highest, lowest, and average packages offered in our courses. Recruitment companies select our students for their company.

Infrastructure: It has lab and a clean classroom. We also have a library. Our college has a hostel and a canteen with good food. There is a playground for sports and functions. It is a great quality of the facilities in our hostel. The quality of food is great and the mess is with all the staff.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful. It depends on students how they study. The course curriculum is relevant, it makes the students industry-ready. The semester exams are easy at the college. A good percentage of students pass in the semester or I can retest.

Other: A good company with a high level of guidance. You can get a government scholarship.
