I am satisfied with this college and has a good experience.

Placements: This college provides good opportunities to the students and many options for placements. Even internship opportunities are also provided with the top 4 companies if the students are deserving. They provide resume screening mock interviews and even special seminars on resume building for students, so altogether the experience is good with this college.

Infrastructure: The campus is very clean. It is a small campus but still, the facilities which are given are very well-maintained like classrooms, Wi-Fi, and computer laboratories, even during the online classes the quality of classes is maintained. They have got a subscription to google workspace using which students can get proper updates and a professional feel of MBA.

Faculty: In our college, teachers are very good they work day and night to help students. They give their best to make students understand their doubts. Teachers are very professional, and they guide students like a mentor. They push student's limits whether personalities or academics to do better in the future.

Placements: 100% of placements are provided. The highest package offered in this course is 12.4 LPA, and the average package is 5 LPA. The top recruiting companies for this course are Tech Mahindra, Wipro, Total Solutions Group, Outlook, BYJU's, Jaro Education, Naukri.Com, Oyo Rooms, Axis Bank, and many more. All the students got internships in different companies. The roles offered in this course are business development executive, market research analyst, HR etc.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi, computer labs, classrooms, canteen, medical room, separate libraries for both graduation and post-graduation students, lecture theatres, etc., are available. There is no hostel available in this college. The quality of food available in the canteen is good and fresh. Good medical, sports and games facilities are available.

Faculty: The teachers are very helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is very good. Portal system is provided to both teachers and students, which helps to track the record of attendance, notes, lecture videos, notices, marks etc. This course is curriculum relevant.

Other: I chose this course to get a level higher. I have done my graduation and Masters in the same field. The best thing about this course is I can get a higher-profile job after doing post-graduation and also gain more knowledge. No improvements are required. Many extra-curricular activities, events and fests are conducted, like alumni talks, sessions by experts to guide us etc. Industrial visits are also organised.

It is a good college to take admission.

Placements: I have seen that our seniors got good jobs in companies like ICICI Bank, Kotak Bank, Amazon, etc. In Rukmini Devi Institute of Advanced Studies, placements are great compared to other IP University colleges. Our college has good tie-ups with reputed companies.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is average, and the campus is not very huge but moderate. The canteen is not good, but medical facilities are good. Sports facilities are also awesome because our college supports you and motivates you by providing you with travelling expenses. Wi-Fi facilities are good here.

Faculty: Faculty members are very good in Rukmini Devi Institute of Advanced Studies. They always support you in different aspects and motivate you. They make you face new challenges in life, and they give guidelines, which are helpful for your future. They have great experience and knowledge.

Other: If you take admission in RDIAS, I suggest you to join any club.

It provides good faculty members who encourage students to participate in events, competitions, etc.

Placements: We have to give CAT or IPU tests for getting admission. Students have to do 2 months internship in summer. The college even provides an internship facility or we can get by own as well. The highest salary offered was 4 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 1 LPA. Above-average companies like HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Hilfy Group, etc., visit the campus for recruitment.

Infrastructure: Our college provides air-conditioned classrooms with projectors in every class. A food Wi-Fi network is provided to students and a fully updated system in labs. We have a library with new books which are popular in the market. We don't have a hostel in our college.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are always ready to help in every area related to studies, events, and competitions. They have good knowledge of their field. We even perform PPT or role play in our classroom for a better understanding of the topic or subject. The course curriculum is relevant and helps us to be ready for industry.

Other: I opted for this course because it provides a good knowledge of the field, and is having those subjects which are proving good industry knowledge. Many events are held on campus. We have intra and inter-competitions for every field in finance, marketing, human resource, act play, etc.

The highest package was around 10-12 Lacs.

Placements: 90% students were placed from my batch. The lowest package offered was 2-4 Lacs and the highest package offered was 10-12 Lacs. Top recruiting companies were Tech Mahindra, HDFC Bank, BYJU'S, Bata. Almost 905 students got internship from my course and the companies were ICICI Bank, lancers berger.

Infrastructure: All the facilities and infrastructure were available proper. Wi-fi, library, labs and classrooms were well in normal condition. College does not provide hostel facility. Medical facilities were good. Other facilities like games and sports were also there.

Faculty: Faculty members were helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality was good in comparison to other college faculty members. The course curriculum was relevant as it makes students ready for the industry and marketing field. Many programs were also offered in my college.

Other: Webinars, seminars, events and fest all were done properly. Scholarship were also provided to the students.

I am pretty much satisfied with the college fee.

Placements: Almost 90% of the students from our course got placed. The highest salary package offered was 10 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 2.5 LPA. The average salary package offered was 3.5 LPA. About 80% of the students got an internship in companies like HDFC Bank, Aditya Birla Group, Talent4Assure, etc. Top roles, like an analyst, regional sales, personal banker, etc., are offered to the students.

Infrastructure: Our college provides the necessary infrastructure. Our college provides 3 computer labs and one library. The Wi-Fi facility is not accessible. Quality of food served is average, but there wasn't any sports ground. The campus is small. The medical room is available with minimum facilities like first aid, etc.

Faculty: Most of the teachers are well acquainted with the course to be taught to students. Majority of the teachers use PPT and real-life examples to make the concepts clear. The course curriculum comes from GGSIPU, but it needs to be revised since the market is evolving. The course needs to be a little more specific and oriented towards making students ready for the industry.

Other: I have chosen this course to gain more knowledge into the management world and exploring how much difference does it make if I am a post-graduate. There are a lot of improvements that GGSIPU needs in their course curriculum are that it should provide more practical and less theoretical knowledge. Events are organised on a monthly bases like 2-3 events are lined up in a month when exams aren't there. Campus crowd was mostly from DU and GGSIPU colleges. The connectivity is the best as it is on walking distance from Pitampura Metro Station. Our college also encourages students to participate in extracurricular activities like sports and cultural activities. There are various clubs. Our college put their efforts on students, but it depends upon the student how much they want to learn and explore by participating in events.

Faculty: Teachers are really helpful and the quality of teaching is really good. The subjects that we are being taught help us to know more about the industry. The faculty is also experienced so they are able to help students too which is a plus point for the students.

Other: MBA is the kind of course which will help me excel in my career.

Which is better Rukmini Devi for MBA or JIMS for PGDM?

JIMS is better than Rukmini Devi. While RDIAS provides MBA, JIMS Rohini provides PGDM. Practical exposure is more in PGDM in comparison to MBA Average package at JIMS is around 4.5-5.5 lacs companies like Deloitte, Colgate, Flipkart, NIIT etc comes for the final placement.
