Absolutely satisfied because of faculty members.
Placements: Placements come from more than 50 companies ranking from the top to the bottom. Top recruiting companies are TCL, Microsoft, etc. The highest salary package is 75 LPA, and the lowest is 5 LPA. Top roles that are offered in the college. If you study M.Tech we should get a job at the college. The students who basically got 6 CGPA and above are eligible to get placements.
Infrastructure: I am not actually a hosteler. But I know several hostelers who actually complain and sometimes encourage about the room they used to have for 4 years. The quality of food available in the hostel is pretty nice and clean. Wi-Fi is provided in the mess, labs, auditorium, and others.
Faculty: All teachers are helpful to everyone. They encourage and motivate the students to overcome several issues and to attain success in their personal life through much support and effort they can provide. They are all well-qualified teachers who have done masters and several teachers in the college actually have doctorates as their own.

Good faculty, worth the money, but an average college life experience.
Placements: The placement training is noteworthy. Students are motivated to participate in various hackathons and events. About 50% of students get placed, and top recruiters include UST Global, TCS, and Cognizant. It performs well for a tier 3 college.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facility is available all across the campus, and the library is fully equipped with monitors for searching resources. There is a special lab dedicated to the Artificial Intelligence and Data Science department. Students get free hours to work on projects, and the department is very supportive in this regard.
Faculty: The curriculum is pretty fair for this department, but the emerging topics are yet to be covered under the KTU syllabus. Since it is an autonomous body now, the syllabus might be altered for the better. The course covers all the important topics, including AI and ML. It is an easy course to study.
Other: The campus life is comparatively average, I would say. Events like Bodhi and Drishya are held every year, and you can participate in them.

Good infrastructure, supportive faculty members, and decent placements for game development.
Placements: Out of 43 students, 17 students are placed in different tech companies like TCS, Litmus7, Emergio Games, Cognizant, etc. All placed students got 4 LPA average. 20% of students got internships at XR Horizons and Emergio Games. Placed people are software testers and developers.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of the college is pretty decent. The campus is equipped with Wi-Fi, ambiance, etc. The college offers a free gym, well-equipped labs, clean hostel, decent food, medical help, and various indoor and outdoor sports options for overall development.
Faculty: Teachers are very supportive, well qualified, and explain topics clearly. The course curriculum is fairly relevant and covers industry basics. Semester exams are moderate, but with regular study, students can manage well. The pass percentage is quite good. Most students perform decently with proper guidance.
Other: I chose computer science and design because of my passion for game development and creativity. The best part of the course is that it's a mixture of technical subjects like UI/UX and animation, which helps in building real-world games. The practical exposure through labs and projects is a great advantage. However, the course could be improved with more industry tie-ups, guest lectures from game developers, and updated tools for game development. The campus life is lively with fun events and tech fests. The crowd is friendly and diverse. The surroundings are calm and green.

Overall, good infrastructure, but most of the faculty are rude. The management is kind of poor.
Placements: Placements are not as good as they say. It might be because of the tight competition in today's world. However, compared to other autonomous colleges, placement is poor. Many of the giants like TCS, Infosys, etc., have topped mass recruiting, and hence this has resulted in a backlash.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure has been getting better since the start of the branch in 2025. Overall, the infrastructure is also good. The canteen used to have good food, but later on, it wasn’t that much. The library facility is actually good with a lot of books to refer to, but many of them are really old. The Wi-Fi facility is kind of poor.
Faculty: The curriculum was not yet defined properly as the branch had just started in 2025. Now everything about the curriculum and exams is settled perfectly. Many of the core subjects have been re-analyzed and modified to make the learning much more suitable.

    Good placement-oriented college.
Placements: My course is Computer Science and Design, which has vast job opportunities based on the subject, as we can either get a job in the coding field or we can get a job related to the graphic designing field. The highest package for this course provided by our college is 80 Lacs per annum, and the lowest is 6 Lacs per annum.
Infrastructure: We got all the facilities like training for how to use the labs, and we have a lab for at least two subjects each semester for coding subjects so that we can get well-practiced for that. We get free Wi-Fi inside our college. We also have a normal library as well as a digital library.
Faculty: All the teachers are very supportive of the students, and according to that, all students get good marks in their examinations. The overall pass percentage of our college is 89%. Of course, our subject is an industry-ready subject, by which we will get good job placements.
Other: I chose this course because I love to do graphic designing as well as coding, but the coding part is where I have to build the skill. In our college, all the events like Onam celebrations, Tech Fest, Art Fest, etc., happen and are student-friendly.

The college if you just want to graduate .
Placements: About 80 percent of the people were placed, but most were placed in BPOs like Sutherland. The highest package was about 7 LPA, and the lowest was 1.9 LPA, even though the lowest package that happened in college was about 1.7 LPA. The top recruiter was Sutherland, even though they are a BPO. The college is not worth it if you're only looking for placement, as some companies refuse to even put their placements here.
Infrastructure: The Wi-Fi mostly had no internet, and the computers in the labs were barely functional; some were not even turning on. The classrooms were neat, but without proper placement of fans and such, it got really hot in the summer, and most teachers were fighting for the labs with AC. The hostel rooms were clean, but some of the showers did not work. There was also a washroom that leaked water throughout my stay at the hostel (3 years).
Faculty: The teachers were mostly friendly, but the problem is the syllabus. I just don't see why I have to learn the architectural diagram and study the design of microprocessors like 8085, 8086, 8088, and many more. These microprocessors were out well before we were born and went out of production commercially too; it just seems like a waste to learn that, and that is a core subject for some reason. The exams vary in difficulty, and you can never tell if they will be tough or not (if you believe in a god, pray). The programming languages like Python were not discussed properly in the core subjects, and the only language you can properly learn is C. The pass percentage of this college was high; it scored the 14th rank in Kerala.
Other: There were not a lot of fests and such. The management always told us there was no money for such festivities, even though this money is to be collected from students. Most students come from the Thodupuzha region, and the atmosphere of the college is mostly calm with no political parties on campus. The main problem is that it felt like a school more than a college. After 4:30, the college buses start to leave the campus, and by about 5, the campus is completely empty except for the students in the hostel. I felt that the students on campus were there only because they were forced to attend classes and not for the enjoyment of coming to a college. I had a lot of hope in enjoying campus life, but most of the enjoyment was outside the campus (mostly through travel with friends). Overall, if you just want to study and graduate from a college near you, this might be a good choice. However, if you want to have a campus experience like you have seen and heard in movies and such, look elsewhere.
