Dr. O.P. Bhalla Central Library houses a collection of more than 3,00,000 documents in print and electronic format. The library has complete access to network of 22 departments with on the campus, UGC Digital Library Consortium e-Shodh Sindhu and 5000 libraries across South Asia. It is also equipped with e-Readers Kindles, over 30,000 E-Journals and 1,45,000 E-Books and digital facilities like OPAC – Libsys Web 7.0, MOOCs, NPTEL etc. The library is fully Wi-Fi and Smart cards enabled.
- Hostel
MRIU has total of 4 hostels (2 for girls and 2 for boys) which include A/C, Non-A/C on single/ two/ three/ five seater rooms with attached/ common bathrooms with essential modern facilities like TV, computer systems, Wi-fi, hygienic mess etc.

University houses 2, 25m and 10m, air conditioned Shooting ranges operated on SIUS Ascor electronics targets of Olympics standards. Notable personalities who were visitors to some of the sports events in the University include- Kapil Dev, Virendra Sehwag, Azharuddin, Mohammad Kaif, P.V. Sindhu and many more.
