The college offers BAMS at the undergraduate level and MD and MS in various ayurvedic specialisations at the postgraduate level. 

Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (B.A.M.S.) is the best course among the courses offered by School of Ayurveda, D.Y. Patil University. It  is a professional degree focused on Ayurveda offered in India, Nepal, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka.MPH (Masters in Public Health), MHA (Masters in Health Administration) and MBA (Hospital and Healthcare management) are in great demand. Other than this, courses like Sports Medicine, Disaster Management, Industrial Management, Preventive and Promotive healthcare, Masters in Personnel Management are also good options.

As per the official website of DYPU, for majority of its  Health Science courses such as BAMS,  the candidates are required to apply and appear for NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) exam and qualify the same if they are seeking admissions. As far as I have checked, both these institutes offer very different courses than one another. While School of Ayurveda mostly focusses on Ayurveda related courses, such as BAMS, MD and MS, the couses offered by Council of Education and Development Programmes are most related courses offered to Nursing, Physiotherapy and other streams. Hence, as different stream-specific institutes both of these have no comparison to each other in any respect.
