Ajeenkya DY Patil University, School of Engineering offers courses at UG and PG levels in the Engineering stream. School of Engineering Pune is a constituent unit of Ajeenkya DY Patil University offering BTech and M.Tech programmes. The selection for the courses is based on ACET. Candidates need to complete a minimum of Class 12 for UG courses and graduation for PG programmes.

ADYPU School of Engineering Pune is easy to get admission at, if the candidates achieve the minimum eligibility criteria. For admission to BTech, candidates must secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in Class 12 or equivalent along with subjects such as Physics and Mathematics as mandatory subjects. Along with that candidates must have either Chemistry, Biotechnology or Biology to make the cut. 

For MTech, candidates must secure valid scores in BTech or equivalent in Computer Engineering with a minimum aggregate of 50%. Along with this, candidates are required to appear for ACET and get shortlisted for the process of Personal Interview.

Yes, ADYPU School of Engineering admissions are currently open. Aspirants meeting the eligibility criteria can apply online for the preferred course. The applications for ADYPU usually opens in February or March and closes by April. The university conducts ACET in the second week of April.

ADYPU conducts a Common Entrance Test or ACET for admission to BTech and M.Tech courses. The university usually conducts ACET in the second week of April. Students seeking admission in ADYPU School of Engineering must pass ACET. The university also accepts scores in JEE Main/ MHT CET for BTech and MHT CET MTech/ GATE for MTech programme. Further, aspirants also need to participate in the personal interview round conducted by the university for selection.

Aspirants need to pass Class 12 or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or any technical vocational subjects with at least 45% aggregate (40% aggregate for candidates belonging to reserved category and person with disability belonging to Maharashtra state only) to apply for ADYPU School of Engineering BTech course.
