I really miss my college.
Placements: The college set a record during our batch with the most hiring's. 100% of students got placement. Recruiting companies include IMRIEL Technologies, TCS, IBM, Wipro, Capgemini, HCL Tech, etc. Likewise, I attended 7 interviews and received offers from 3 companies. The average package was 4 LPA, and the highest was 18 LPA. Many students receive two or more offers. Internships are provided, but they are deemed useless.
Infrastructure: The college is near PCMC, so all modes of transportation (bus, metro, and local) are available. Our campus is very big, and the ground is always clean. Cleaning and washing are done from time to time. Wi-Fi is also available in libraries equipped with digital equipment like iPads and thumbs. Registration is required before entering the library. The hostel is very clean, food is like home-cooked, and there is good water availability. Canteens and tea shops are excellent, offering a variety of products.
Faculty: Teachers mostly use PPTs to teach. They simply read the PPTs and declare the syllabus complete, which is not fair. They should explain every topic. The course is good as it relates to the IT industry and makes us industry-ready. Semester exams are rigorous. Deep questions on every topic are asked.
Other: The college's outdoor area has its own unique vibe, with the best tea shops and mess stalls.

Best college of Pune University.
Placements: Placement-wise, it is a good college. The average package is 4 to 5 lacs. If you have sound skills in coding and have a few achievements on your resume, I believe you can get a good, handsome package. Companies visited are IBM (2 times), Videocon, Flipkart and mass recruiters. Students get internships in the summer internship programme.
Infrastructure: It is one of the best infrastructures you can get in any college at Pune University. It has well-equipped facilities for students, whether they are studying or hanging out. The main cultural event is for a week and at a great time it will be like a carnival. The hostel is available for boys and girls. It has a big room, a bed, hot water, drinking water and mess food. Food quality and quantity are both good.
Faculty: The college faculty is good; they teach deep theory. They know the value of each mark before a week of term exams and our full preparation with demo tests are conducted. MCA has a good scope and the curriculum is very deep, theory and practical. Term exams are easy, as all our preparation is done before exams, and nearly all students score good marks.
Other: The college needs to ban smoking in nearby shops.

Placements: College strives for achieving 100% placement by attracting numerous companies for recruitment. The salary packages offered range from a minimum of 4lpa to a maximum of 30lpa. Renowned organizations such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Google are among the top recruiters. Initially, all students are provided internships with a stipend of 15,000. However, only a select few are eventually offered permanent positions. It is worth mentioning that my friend secured a position as a Software Developer at Amazon with an impressive package of 35 LPA.
Infrastructure: Our college is situated opposite the engineering college, providing convenient access to Wi-Fi in all campus classrooms. The classrooms are spacious and well-maintained, fostering an ideal learning environment. Additionally, our library offers a wide range of books that can be borrowed by students. We take pride in our combined sports ground, which is utilized by both engineering and non-engineering students for various sports events and gatherings. Moreover, our hostel is equipped with modern amenities such as washing machines, air conditioning, televisions, and serves delicious and nutritious meals.
Faculty: Our faculty is renowned for its excellence in teaching, especially for first-year students. We have a team of highly qualified teachers, including graduates from prestigious institutions such as IIM, IIT, and abroad. The curriculum has recently been updated to incorporate the latest trends and technologies, ensuring that we stay updated and industry-relevant. Additionally, before the exams, we are required to submit assignments and undergo moral exams.
Other: No need to improve it is best.

Review of DY Patil Management & Research, Pimpri.
Placements: Great placements; in the batch, more than 70% were placed but I can say that those who studied well throughout the year will definitely be placed. The highest package is 20 lacs per year. The top recruiting companies are Skoda, Tech Mahindra, Flipkart, Accenture, etc. We all get internships from the college at a stipend of INR 10,000 per month.
Infrastructure: Our college is in front of an engineering college and it is near to PCMC so all modes of transportation are available. Wi-Fi is available throughout the year. Hostel rooms are good but I prefer to take food from the outside room; they have delicious food in just 40 minutes. In sports, coaches train some interested students in sports.
Faculty: Teachers are good; sometimes they talk arrogantly to students; I think they release their frustration on us. Courses make us good software developers and contribute to the IT sector. Semester exams are moderately difficult in class; 80% students manage to get a pass.
Other: The college has combined grounds for both graduation and post-graduation, and sometimes clashes happen between them.

Placements: The placement results for the senior batch this year were disappointing, but there is optimism for improvement in 2024. Only 40% of the students in the batch were able to secure placements, with only 15% of them being placed in reputable companies. Unfortunately, the remaining students were unable to secure lucrative job offers. Jio and Mahindra emerged as the top recruiting companies, with the highest package being 18 LPA. The most sought-after roles offered were SDE and business analyst.
Infrastructure: The college boasts a prestigious reputation, with a stunning campus and impressive infrastructure. The campus exudes a captivating natural ambiance, and Wi-Fi connectivity is accessible throughout. The library is renowned for its conducive study environment, while the hostel offers high-quality and delicious meals, unlike other budget accommodations. Additionally, there are numerous canteens both within and outside the campus. However, it is worth noting that our college does not have a medical faculty.
Faculty: Teachers provide valuable assistance; however, seniors offer the greatest support when it comes to academic doubts. They are always willing to help, and during exam periods, they assist in clarifying concepts. The recent change in the course curriculum has made it more industry-oriented, ensuring our readiness for the professional world. Scoring a minimum of 40% in all semester exams can be challenging.
Other: DY Patil is a brand name that was the reason for choosing this college over others.

Our college provides good infrastructure and supportive staff.
Placements: Almost all students who got placed are from computer background. In our college, there are many students from different states, and we live like one family. Our college provides almost 100% placements. The highest salary package offered was 8 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 2 LPA. The average salary package offered was 3 LPA. Almost 90% of the students got internships from college.
Infrastructure: Everything on the campus is excellent. Our college is located in a good area where all canteen, hotels, medical, hospitals and everything that is needed by students are available. Various competitions are organised in the institution. A number of guest lectures are conducted. The building is in good condition and is well painted. Labs and the internet are good. Classrooms are also clean.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are very helpful and supportive. They all are knowledgeable. If any student has any issue even if it is a personal one all the faculty members solve the issue with full support. In my opinion, all the students will survive in the industry.
Other: Our college is not only good for academics but also for various activities and events organised. We all live as a family. Various events are organised. Guest lectures are also provided by the college. we also have good seminar halls. All air-conditioners on the campus are working. There are many projects available. In February all days and sports days are organized. All the students take part in every activity and enjoy.

My BCA Degree from Reputed College.
Placements: Placement facilities have been excellent. More than 50% of the students have been placed from my batch as well as the last year batch. The highest, the lowest as well as average salary offered depends on students performance during internship and the company standards. Top recruiters have been Harvinger, PTC, Tect, etc. Top roles for development. More than 50% students got internship.
Infrastructure: The facilities provided as well as the infrastructure have been absolutely up to the mark. The laboratory facility to the reading room every thing has been fantastic. Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms have been fantastic it helps us in doing our best as students. The quality of mess & food has been good.
Faculty: All the teachers are very well qualified they have ample amount of knowledge and the respected teachers pay full attention to the fact that students are able to become industry ready and can get placed. The Wi-Fi, labs and class room facilities have been fantastic. The teaching quality has been absolutely fantastic and teachers contribute a lot to the progress of students individually. This course curriculum is very much relevant. We get to learn what we have to apply in our job.

Motivation from - (Student) & Guidance from - (College).
Placements: When I talk about the placements of the college, then I must say that, almost 50% - 60% of the students get placed through college placements (if they are quite knowledgeable enough). Various MNC's and Startup companies do visit here with various packages. But it is not always necessary for the students that, they have to rely only on the colleges for their placements, students should also try the off campuses interviews. Normally from this educational stream MCA students basically get a job role of Software Developer.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is accessible to the students though laptops on basic registration. Libraries have not just the books required for the courses but, it also have multiple journals and magazines, through which a student can enhance his/her knowledge. The campus area of the college is approximately nothing, but the college arranges sports activities in other colleges ground during annual fests. Last but not the least, the interior infrastructure of the college building is quite appreciable.
Faculty: As per my personal opinion, the most highlighted factor the DYPIMR is their teaching. Teachers or faculty members are the persons who makes any educational institutes acceptable for students. In other words, if the teaching quality and the teachers support is always with the students, then that makes any college a perfect college for students. In which, this college leads, I think. DYPIMR strictly follows the guidelines and protocols of the SPPU, and in addition it has various activities also to enhance the performance of the students.
Other: This college (DYPIMR) also provides students with the opportunity to enhance and showcase their skills, talent in different activities, which happens very frequently. The thing which I would recommend to the college that, the college should provide more and more workshops related to recent and demanding technologies of the market. Also, the college should emphasis more on the corporate level training.
