SRM School of Public Health application forms are available in both online and offline modes. For both modes, candidates are required to fill out the application form available on the official website of the university. Both the processes of application form submission are mentioned below:

Apply Online with E-Payment (fully online process)

Apply online and pay via DD (partially offline submission)

Candidates are required to visit the official website of the university and follow the below-mentioned steps:

Step 1: Visit the application portal on the university website.

Step 2: Fill out the form online and take a printout of it or download the form and fill it offline.

Step 3: Send the application form to the university campus with a DD of INR 1,200 drawn in the favour of SRMIST, payable at Chennai.

Step 4: Candidates must write their name and address on the reverse of the DD.

SRM School of Public Health conducts the SRM Selection Test to shortlist candidates for admission. Students with eligible entrance scores may apply. Hence, candidates cannot join SRM School of Public Health without entrance.
