College overall is mid, and placements are low, and not many big companies are approaching.

Placements: SCMS Engineering College is one of the best colleges in the Ernakulam district. But the percentage placed is low. Infosys and TCS are the top recruiting companies. 12 LPA is the highest package offered in our college, and 2 LPA is the lowest. A very low percentage, like 10%, got an internship in our course. The top offered roles are supporting and call centre.

This is an engineering college, so expect that when you come. Come to study, not to enjoy.

Placements: As far as I know, I don't know about it, but only 15% of students ig. 2 LPA is the lowest, and 6.5 LPA is the highest, as far as I know from the year 2024. TCS and Infosys are top recruiters. 20% of students got internships at MRF, TCS, and Infosys. Roles are the type of freshers, I guess. I don't know much about it, so sorry.

The college has good facilities and staff.

Placements: Almost 50 percent or more of students get placed. The highest package is around 10 LPA. The lowest package is 2 LPA. The average package is 3 to 4 LPA. Major companies like Infosys, IBM, and some others recruit from the college. Internships are mainly in companies like Microsoft and others. Almost 20 percent of students get internships.

My college is a good college with good faculty and infrastructure.

Placements: The percentage of students getting placed is almost 50% from our previous batches, and currently, we are undergoing placements. We still don't know the top companies that include IBM, Infosys, etc. Some students have also attended internships. The salary package offers included 6 LPA, 4 LPA, etc.

Do not expect any college fests, as they are more oriented towards classroom life.

Placements: I am a final year CSE student. I think that only a handful of students have been placed so far. The highest package offered is 7-8 LPA, and the lowest would be 2-3 LPA, with an average of 4-5 LPA. We had registered for companies like Microsoft, etc. No tests were conducted. To be honest, I have no idea about people who are going for internships, but there's a lot of off-campus recruitment available. The software development role would be the highest.

My college has a good infrastructure and a library that provides the best faculty.

Placements: Almost 80 percent of the students were placed from my college. The lowest package would be 2.5 LPA, and the highest would vary from person to person. An average package is about 4 LPA. Infosys, TCS, and IBM are some of the major companies hiring at our college.
