Teachers are not properly teaching. The infrastructure is bad. Classrooms are not up to level.

Placements: No interviews are conducted. We have to find placements and job opportunities on our own. Students who pass from this institute always have issues in finding jobs in the future. Companies do not visit the college for placements. The college has serious issues in terms of placements.

Infrastructure: Computer labs do not work. There is no proper Wi-Fi. It has an average library and poorly managed labs.

Faculty: Teachers are qualified. They are not very good at explaining stuff and teaching things in easy ways. Many topics are hard to understand by them. Students have to study from other sources like YouTube, Telegram, etc. There is no proper way of conducting the classes. Teaching staff members for B.Tech are not very well-qualified. They are not able to deliver lectures properly. Most of the students' doubts are not cleared. Things are not fair and they need huge improvement in every sector of teaching.

Other: Fees might be less, but facilities and teaching staff members are not proper. The college lacks a good amount of development, and many subjects are not taught.

Inside Sha-Shib College : perspectives and academic.

Placements: The highest salary package offered is 40 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 10 LPA. Top recruiting company is Tata Advanced. Around 85%-90% of students got placed for jobs in on-campus placements. College offers internships for students for practical knowledge.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure of our college is decent and a variety of courses are offered in our college. Hostel facility is also decent. Rooms for living are very good. Food is also good. Food is available three times a day, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Non-vegetarian students can eat chicken on Sunday and vegetarian students can eat paneer.

Faculty: Facilities are the best part of our college. They are caretakers. They teach students in a very good manner. Students can feel free with faculty members. Students can go to faculty members if they have problems. Semester exams are not so much difficult.

Other: I chose B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering course because the present time this course offers so much potential for the job and this course is very technical.

Review of Sha-Shib College of Technology, Sha- Shib Group of Institutions.

Placements: Our campus is home to companies like Oracle, IBM, and HCL Technology, among many others. Students with top AI skills are given projects during breaks and those who complete them are hired directly from campus. The salary package offered ranges from 7 LPA - 10 LPA.

Infrastructure: Our classrooms are amazing and SIRTE building, which is right next to ours doesn't even have half the facilities that we have. We are proud of the fact that our building has its own library, its own canteen, and its own student activity corners. Grounds and all are common and are shared by both SIRT and SIRTE students. Even the annual fest, SAGE Utsav, is common for both colleges.

Faculty: Our faculty members have no splits among themselves, so if one teacher is absent, the other comes and takes the classes. It just keeps happening and therefore we never miss out. Class learning is always of top quality and paying attention to them is enough to learn all that we want as engineers.

Other: I got confirmation from many colleges like LNCT, DAVV Indore, and IPS Academy Indore, but I still chose SIRT as it easily beats them all. Admissions here are based on personal assessment and few compulsory subjects in 12th with 60%.

My overall experience in Sha-Shib institution.

Placements: Placement provided in this institution is not a good experience because it is not a very good package offer by the top company. Overall, an average package is around 1.5 LPA. Internship facilities are not available here. Alumni are very nice; they help there juniors in all possible ways. There is a very good network of friendships between juniors and seniors; they all share a good bond among them.

Infrastructure: A good campus life is a completely different world with a calm and beautiful climate. Many workshops are conducted with a gender ratio of 3:1 boy-girl ratio; you can't expect any girls in mechanical though. Yes, rooms are well furnished with a double cot, beds, a table chair, and a Wi-Fi connection 24/7, and bathrooms are also well maintained with everyday cleaning. However, rooms are cleaned every week once, so you have to keep them till the end of the week. And food in mess is home-cooked.

Faculty: Some are highly qualified, and some are new to the professions. Faculty selection can be made better. Standards of lab classrooms are fine. Placements are very good as compared to other private colleges. A single company selected students in 2015; almost 70% of placement is there. There are many reputed companies that come for campus placement and take almost every good student.

Other: Scholarships are available for BPL & financial weak students by the government & other organizations. Transport facilities are available 24*7. Some sports activities are held on the weekend.

No facilities, and no support for placement.

Placements: Passing percentage is average. No Placement cell is available in the college. Average package is 3 to 4 lacs. Last year, one company visited.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available. Necessary instruments are not available in the chemistry lab, and BEEE lab. Classroom condition is very bad. Library don’t have sufficient books. No canteen is available. Medical facilities, sports and games are also available.

Faculty: No experienced faculties, and they are not helpful. The teaching quality is low. Course curriculum is bad. Very difficult semester exam, because syllabus is not properly completed by the teachers. Passing percentage is very poor.

It's an average Institute but faculty members were good in my department.

Placements: The placement was not so good. The above distinction was carried further. Average package was assigned. GENPACT company has arrived on the campus. We have learned the basics of AUTOCAD in our Institute from ITDP, Bhopal. It was useful for us. There is a placement cell.

Infrastructure: IAE campus, Library, Separate hostel for boys and girls, Separate mess, canteen, BE college was under construction. The practical workshops have subject-related component. The hostel rooms are good but 3 students are arranged in each room. The meal is also good for us.

Faculty: Faculty are very good. They give proper knowledge and make us eligible. Our mechanical branch faculty were qualified, knowledgeable. They teach us in the workshop with the available sources. The course was useful for us. We have learned many things related to the subject.
