SBS Sharda University BCom course admissions are made based on merit and the entrance exam, depending on the choice of specialisation. Students willing to enroll in BCom and BCom (Hons/by Research), must appear for the SUAT exam. For other BCom courses, candidates can apply via Higher Secondary Examination marks. STEP 1: SBS Sharda University BCom Application Process 2025

The admission process begins with the application stage. All students seeking admission must apply via the admission portal. Students can refer to the below steps for the SUAT 2025 application process:

Step 1.2: Go to suat.sharda.ac.in

Step 1.3: Click on the application form link

Step 1.4: Candidates will have to provide the required personal, academic and contact details.

Step 1.5: After registration, the candidate will obtain a unique ID and password.

Step 1.6: The candidates are advised to keep the ID and password safe for future use.

Step 1.7: The SUAT application fee has to be paid online, i.e., through net banking, credit card, debit card or DD/Cash deposit at the regional office.

STEP 2: SUAT Exam 2025

Sharda University Aptitude Test (SUAT) is an entrance test conducted by the university. It is conducted to evaluate student’s problem-solving ability, analytical skills, and language proficiency. As per the SUAT Pattern, the test consists of 100 questions covering several sections, including Logical Reasoning, English comprehension, Quantitative Analysis, etc. Students preparing for the exam can visit the syllabus to know more.

STEP 3: Release of Merit List

In this step, the university releases a course-wise merit list based on marks obtained in the qualifying examination. For BCom & BCom (Hons), applicants are ranked based on the SUAT results. For the rest of the specialisations, students are ranked based on their Class 12 marks.

STEP 4: Reporting to the Institute

Students who are allocated a seat are required to get their documents verified. These documents include Class 10 and 12 marksheets, an admit card issued by Sharda University, a common application form, the accepted exam scorecard, ID proof (School ID/Aadhaar card/PAN card), the original registration payment receipt, and three passport-size photographs.

STEP 5: Fee Payment

After successful verification, students must pay admission fees as prescribed by the university. As per the official website of the university, the total tuition fee for BCom courses ranges from INR 5.9 lakhs to INR 6.8 lakhs. Students must note that this fee has been sourced from official sources. However, it is subject to changes.

Sports Scholarship

Sharda University awards students who have showcased excellent talent in sporting activities at the National & State Levels. Students get fee waiver of 10% to 100% on tuition fees in the first year.

Siblings Scholarship

For students whose sibling(s) is pursuing any course at the university, a waiver of 5% in the first year is provided. Such students must provide proof of relation.
