Master of Design (M.Des) is a two-year postgraduate degree programme in Design. Masters in Design is usually undertaken by those with a strong interest in the arts and who aspire to become the best in the design field. But believe me If you are hoping that you can take admission in Sharda University without appearing in any examination then it can be complicated a little bit. As per me you should appear in NATA. Just believe in yourself you can crack it.

You have various ways to get admitted in SAP Sharda University.  It depends on the programme you are interested in.

For programs like B.Tech, BBA, BCA, Journalism and Mass Communication and Hons courses. You have to appear in SUAT (Sharda University Admission Test).

If you are a JEE aspirant then you can take admission on the basis of your JEE scores. 

And if you are interested in Architecture and Planning programme then you will have to appear in NATA or JEE.

As of my research the fee varies in between 1.5 lac to 2.5 lac per year.

If you are talking about the Architecture and Planning programme then it's really a good choice. There are some other colleges in competition like Amity School of Architecture and Planning and Galgotias University of Architecture.

You can choose the college as per your convenience and the college life you want to have depending upon the rating.

You can take admission in SAP Sharda University by appearing in SUAT examination conducted by the University.

But you should have Mathematics as a compulsory subject in your 12th. 

Also you must have 50% marks in your 12th.

There is one more eligibility criteria of this university for it's B.Tech and B.Des programme that you should have physics and a subject in your 12th but it depends on the programme you are pursuing.

I have my friends at both institutes. Based on their experience I am writing this review of both the institute:- 

• Infrastructure: The campus is clean and there is no pending construction work whatsoever on the campus of Amity. The campus has a nice ambiance too. On the other hand, Sharda University is still construction going on the campus. 
• Placements: Both institutes, like every other institute, sometimes are visited by companies that are not that great and/or have students who are undeserving of the positions the companies are looking forward to offering. Amity has a 100% placement average. 
• Faculty: Both institutes have good faculties. 
• Location: Amity has a locational advantage as it is situated near Delhi and Noida. 
• Safety: Safety was an issue for Sharda University before but the administration is trying to make the campus safer.

SAP Sharda University offers top-notch interior design B.Des. placements, facilities, and infrastructure. The university is regarded by some as one of the top private institutions in Greater Noida and Delhi NCR. Others claim the university offers a lovely campus that is conducive to learning and is a wonderful option for postsecondary education. 

The Design Department of Sharda University describes itself as a varied group of capable, responsible, and creative people. Programs offered by the university are continually evaluated to make sure they satisfy the demands of society and business.
