This is the worst engineering college in Goa.
Placements: There is no proper placement in this college. We had just one company in our college last semester. They took an aptitude test and never returned back with the result, never even informing us about what happened and such. The college takes the entire credit for students who have cracked the interviews off campus, which is very bad on their part.
Infrastructure: The college campus is really well, but when you look at the campus entirely, you will realize that it is the Homeopathy college, engineering college, a pre-primary school, a secondary school, a higher secondary school, everything in the same campus. The college lacks infrastructure. It is just one building with three classes and 2 labs on each floor, no proper functioning of the projectors, no proper Wi-Fi in the college.
Faculty: The faculty seems fine. They have done their Masters and know how to teach, but they are really rude and toxic. They just come, read the slides, and walk off. When you ask them some doubts, they point out, saying, "What were you doing during class?" Engineering is not easy. It has really complex algorithms and things to understand which cannot be understood in one go.
Other: There are no cultural fests or events organized in the college. There is one event for namesake, which is organized like any other event. Everything is so poor. There is a small ground where they put a small Mandap and set up a small stage, and it is called an event.

Really good college with such a low fee for engineering that no other private college offers.
Placements: The placement is good in this college for both software students as well as hardware students. The teachers help us prepare for our interviews, and the college provides internships in the 7th semester. In the last year's batch, one student got 12 job offers at once, and another student got 5 job offers at once.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi labs, each classroom with projectors, a library with all the necessary books, a huge canteen that offers almost everything, and a 7 vs. 7 football court. Each year, sports events are organized within the interdepartmental area.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, and they guide us perfectly in everything. We are given projects that help us become industry-ready, and the semester exams are average and not too hard or too easy. Internal tests are average too; the teachers solve previous year papers before semester exams.

Our college is amazing. Events organised at our college are also amazing.
Placements: Our college is a great platform to learn, study and explore. TCS visited our college and recruited students with their ability and criteria. Students who score about 60% and above in academics were eligible for the placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure in the library needs a little improvement. Wi-Fi facility is available. Labs need new equipment with better optimisation and clarity of understanding. Lab assistant helps us in setting the things. Sports are conducted at our college.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college were amazing. They help us in clearing doubts and issues which we were having while learning. Teachers are experienced, and they are very good at concept-wise. The course curriculum is relevant as per our current industry demands.
Other: Everything is well organised and good. The things which need improvement is the infrastructure of library and labs equipment. Events are organised at our college.

Faculty are excellent, but placements are satisfactory. Infrastructure and facilities are average.
Placements: Placements in our college were okay. Only a few companies visited our campus for placements. Around 10% of the students were placed. The average salary package offered was 3 LPA. Students were offered a software developer role. We have a placement cell available here. The placement officer used to send the job updates regularly.
Infrastructure: Facilities like Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and library, etc., are available here. However, the college lacked in sports and games facilities. The quality of labs and classrooms was good. The food in the canteen was satisfactory. There were no hostel facilities provided by the college. Overall, the infrastructure was above average.
Faculty: Our teachers were very good and helpful to everyone who approached them. They were happy to guide students during their final year projects. Teaching quality was good. We got industry exposure. We had industry visits as well. The curriculum was satisfactory.

It is an average college as it doesn't provide luxurious facilities.
Placements: Companies such as Infosys, TCS and Tech Mahindra visit the college to conduct placements drives. Other good companies, mostly the start-up companies also visit the campus. Around 40-60% of the students get placed on campus every year.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is average. Facilities provided in the college are decent. Wi-Fi facility is available only for the final year students for doing their projects. Labs and classrooms are in good condition which is more than sufficient for students. Every class has an OHP facility. Labs have the required equipment and computers which are old but in working condition. A volleyball court and a badminton court are available in the college. Sports rooms have a carrom board, table tennis table and gym equipment.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are pretty good. All the teachers have good teaching skills. They solve the problems given in the previous year's question papers before the exams. All the doubts of students are cleared. Some concepts taught in the class are implemented practically.
Other: The college organises technical and cultural events every year. The technical event is a national level event conducted for two days. Events like robot-wars, project display, computer and mobile games such as counter-strike, FIFA, mini-militia, etc., are organised during the technical event. Quiz and code-breaking competitions are also conducted during the event. The cultural event is an inter-department event conducted for five days, and competitions like singing, dancing, stand-up comedy, plays, fashion show, etc., are conducted during the cultural event.

I'm not that satisfied with the college as the facilities provided are quite average.
Placements: All the local companies used to come to the campus, where an average of 40% students used to get placed. The average salary offered was around Rs. 10,000 per month to Rs. 20,000 per month. The placements are offered as per the course, taken by the students. All the students should compulsorily attend the internship programme.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is quite average or maybe less. Facilities such as sports equipment, restrooms, gym, workshop, labs, lockers and Wi-Fi are available. But as of the labs are concerned, they are in very bad condition as most of the systems are outdated and not working. The maintenance is not up to the mark. The canteen food available is of average quality and not worth the price. Hostel facility is not there in the college.
Faculty: Most of the teachers in the college are not permanent as they change for every one or two years. The teachers who are not permanent, are quite average. Mostly, the teacher uses the projector in the class. Every week, we also had a special class where a video based on the subject was shown.
Other: There are three events organised in the college every year, which are held in March and April. It includes the technical and the cultural events.

Good college but bad management.
Placements: Normally, around 4-5 companies come to the college for campus recruitment. Most of the 60% marks throughout criteria. Frequently visited companies are TCS, PERSISTENT and Amazon. From the whole college, only 20-25 students are placed, and the jobs of some companies aren't that good, but placements vary every year.
Infrastructure: The college has a 5-floor building and some labs and workshops outside the main building. The college has all the basic required labs for the streams it has. The college doesn't provide any internet facility to the students, and this creates problems during guest lectures and workshops.
Faculty: The college has enough faculty in all the departments for all the courses. The syllabus is by Goa university which has been updated recently. The people in the workshops are nice, and they do help you with extracurricular activities, but the department head and principal doesn't allow students to participate in any techfest and such activities.
Other: The college would be better if it had a better management. The teachers aren't paid on time, and the college doesn't allow students to conduct annual feasts properly. The college has best transport facilities in the state.

Good college for the average students.
Placements: Limited companies visited our college to offer the placements. Not a good college for the brilliant student. The student who is average in studies can join the college. The highest package offered was around 3.0 lacs per annum. The level of college was decreased after the death of Principle Mr.Somayaji. He had raised the level of college for some period.
Infrastructure: There is no Wi-Fi facility available in the college. The classroom condition is okay. The labs have limited instruments to do practical work. The food quality is bad. There is no hostel facility available for the student. The student has to take PG and travel down the hill for at least 2km. The college is situated at hillside.
Faculty: The faculty members are very helpful. They are well qualified and knowledgeable. There is no industrial exposure in the college. All theory knowledge provided to the student.
Electronics and telecommunication course is not useful in Goa but can be used outside Goa.
Other: Don't take I.T department. Most of the seats are vacant last year. I recommend the student either to take admission in GEC (government engineering college Farmagudi) or PCC Verna Goa. The average student those who want to become an engineer can join this college. Try to get jobs through college placement because there is a huge competition in outside world.
