Candidates must have an appearance in the KCET/COMEDK/JEE Main exams. The minimum ranks required for admission into the college are: KCET - rank between 50,000-70,000, COMEDK - rank between 50,000-80,000, JEE Main - rank between 50,000-100,000. Admissions are made on lateral entry basis to the 2nd year with 45% in 3-year Diploma or equivalent with Mathematics. Reservation is made based on government guidelines.
