Review of Shri Ram Group of Colleges.

Placements: Placements are average for civil engineering students. Almost every student can get placed in the company. The highest salary package offered is 4.5 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA. Top recruiting companies for civil engineering are Larsen & Toubro, Tata Project, Birla Cement, and many others. Many students got internships during their 3rd year. Some students got placed in a private company named Here Technology Private Limited, and some are doing in government. In the department of PWD, the top roles are assistant engineer, site engineer, design engineer, and estimator. There are many roles in civil engineering.

Infrastructure: Everything is better in our college, and the environment and the infrastructure of the college are very good. Classrooms and labs are very good, and our civil engineering labs are good. The canteen is not that good, and the food is also average. Every facility is available in the college, like games and sports and medical facilities.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, well-qualified, and knowledgeable. They share the part of the quality study, and I like the way they teach us in a deep manner. The course curriculum is much relevant, and it helps to grow towards their stream. Semester exams are not too tough, and if you prepare along with teachers, you can easily get 40 marks out of 70. Passing marks are 21 in each subject, so average students can get good marks. The pass percentage is 60%, but if you get above 70%, then it would be better from the career point of view.

Other: I have chosen civil engineering because I am interested in the structure and how they are made. I want to apply my knowledge after 12th in a technical course, so I took admission in civil engineering. Civil engineering is the core of all the branches, and it is very deep. The knowledge we gain in this course is very deep. Males and females can get better jobs after civil engineering. There are many departments where students can get a good salary package by drafting, designing, and estimating. Students should focus on their practical knowledge more compared to theoretical. Theoretical is also important, but if you are not doing practical, then you won't understand what is happening. Events and fests are very normal in our college, and these functions happen every week. Students who want to study but can't afford much money can get admission here because they take admission on the basis of scholarship which comes every year.

The college is good but needs some improvements.

Placements: Almost 50% of the students got placed from our college. The lowest salary offered is about Rs. 8,000 per month. The highest salary offered is about Rs. 20,000 per month. The top recruiting company is Honda. There are many reputed companies and some MBC. The top roles are JEE, and AE offered to students. The highest salary package offered is about 2.4 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is about 1.2 LPA. Almost 50% of the students get an internship.

Infrastructure: Facilities provided in our college are good. The infrastructure of our college is good. There is no Wi-Fi on the campus. Labs are not good. The hostel facility is good. There are 24 hours of water and electricity facility. The quality of the food served in the mess is good. The cleaning facility is also good.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are well-qualified and knowledgeable. They help lots to students. They are qualified with degrees. They provide very important information to students in this course. Students also get jobs.

Other: I chose this course because I like engineering and this course provides much employment opportunities. I wish that there should be some changes in the course of practicals.
