Don’t take admission to this college if you really want to succeed in life.
Placements: Placement is average, not very good. Please don’t depend on the placements of this college. They tell you at admission time that they will provide placements, but in reality, it is a trap. They engage in politics during placement times.
Infrastructure: The hostel of this college is very average, not very good, but most of all facilities are available, though there are restrictions. The food in the mess is okay but not good, and the worst part is that the mess is closed on Sundays.
Faculty: The worst part of this college is the teaching faculty. They don't care about students. They are struggling to get their salaries. Faculty usually does not take students seriously. They teach good or average only in the first year of engineering compared to other years.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of faculty members, good placements in 2024 are really good.
Placements: I am studying at Sinhagad College of Engineering. I am pursuing a BE in mechanical engineering. In my course, there are 250 students. The package ratio here is very high from other engineering colleges. Last year, the average package for mechanical engineering students was 6 LPA.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are good. There are projectors in classrooms. The central library is so good. Hostels are also good. Mess food is also nice. Hostel has 24X7 medical service and also electricity. For playing sports, college has a big cricket ground near the college.
Faculty: Teachers are very professional and have good knowledge. Teachers are very helpful and kind. Teachers have so much knowledge about their subject. They give their 100%. There are 2 semesters in each year. Each semester contains 70 marks exam for each theoretical subject.
Other: I am pursuing BE in mechanical engineering. I chose this course because I wanted to go into civil services.

Our college has excellent facilities.
Placements: Around 76% of students enrolled in a B. Tech Mechanical Engineering program get placed in our college. The highest package offered ranges from 20-25 LPA, and the average package ranges from 4-6 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Tech Mahindra, Tata, and L&T visit the college to hire students. 80-90% of students get internships, and others have reported that 85% of students get internships in companies like Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, etc. Roles like design engineer, manufacturing engineer, production engineer, maintenance engineer, quality control engineer, research and development engineer, project manager, automotive engineer, aerospace engineer, and energy engineer are offered to students.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure available for a course department may include classrooms, libraries, laboratories, computer labs, and audio-visual rooms There is a special education center. The hostel quality is average and the food quality is average in mess. In our college, there are many types of sports and games for students to play. Our college is the best.
Faculty: The quality of teaching depends on the teachers knowledge, skills, and classroom practices. Qualified teachers are important because they create a positive learning environment and help students reach their full potential. They are knowledgeable and have the best skills.
Other: I chose this course because I like to build different mechanical vehicles like bikes, cars, go-carts, etc. I also like to make different instruments.

Really good infrastructure and naturally location and weather.
Placements: There is good placement opportunities in sinhagad institute of technology with around 40% placement of computer and IT engineering branch. In our passing year maximum 12LPA is offered and minimum 2.4 LPA was offered in campus selection. TCS, Capgemini, Infosys were the top recruiter of our batch. The students got internship is lower compared to the placement percentage approximately 10-12% got the internship.
Infrastructure: The college campus is located in a decent location of Lonavla hill station. College has different buildings for different departments. There are different hostels for different stream students. Overall, the hostel infrastructure is new. There is Wi-Fi available all over campus and different network for different hostels. There is a library where you can get any book. The classrooms are all equipped with necessary instruments. The mess facility of campus provides good food with affordable prize. There are 2 canteens in campus with variety of delicious food. Campus also has 1 football, hollyball, cricket, and basketball ground with large sport area.
Faculty: The teaching staff is higher educated. They are also helpful during project submission, and they also help students in their life problems. The teaching is industry related we get more knowledge out of book. College follows Pune University syllabus and there is semester pattern examination with 40% as passing marks.
