Review of Kumaun University

Placements: Our university or our campus provides placements in M. Pharma. Students are struggling on their own to get a job. The placement cell is there, but there are no companies coming to campus for recruiting. Other specialisations also don't have a placement. Only an internship is available, with no stipend.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure and facilities in our universities are good. The classrooms are spacious. Computer labs are present but no Wi-Fi facility is for students. JC Bose Campus, Bhimtal has no hostel. Only PGs are available in the nearby area. Their main Nainital campus has its own hostel facility.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are very helpful, knowledgeable and well qualified in their subject. They are very supportive throughout the day. The course curriculum is very relevant to our competitive exams. Semester exams are not that tough, they are easy with daily learning and can get you good marks.

Other: Everything is good about this college except the Wi-Fi facility. Events are organised from time to time, and nearby locations are also good for fun and travel. Connectivity is not that good. A cab is there to reach Haldwani for getting a bus.
