AV Seminar Hall, Computer Labs: The institute has an AV Seminar Hall that is held for lectures and other activities. The computer labs at the institute are fully furnished and equipped and provide high-speed internet throughout the day.
Library and Activity Spaces: The institute has a library which has about 64,897 volumes of books and 1237 bound volumes of periodicals. It is situated in an independent spacious block of 1700 sq km area. The centre also subscribes to E-Journals through the VTU Consortium. Other facilities of the library include LIBSOFT WEB OPAC, E-Resource, Swayam, NPTEL, Innovation Corner and the availability of study materials on the systems.
Carpentry and Model-Making Workshops: To encourage students to participate in carpentry and model-making, the institute offers workshops from time to time. There is enough space provided to carry such workshops.
Climatology and Surveying Labs: The institute offers climatology and surveying labs to equip the students in planning for quantifying environmental changes concerning urban dynamics. These can help the students in carrying out the surveys.
