Supportive faculty members and decent campus life.

Placements: I belong to CSE-data science branch under the VTU scheme. Around 70% of students from our senior batch got placed through campus drives. The highest package touched around 26 LPA, and the average package is 5 LPA while the lowest is 3LPA in our batch. Many students got internships in startups and MNCs.

Infrastructure: Our department has modern classrooms with projectors, Wi-Fi, and well-equipped computers and labs that support hands-on learning for coding and projects. Library is vast with physical and digital resources. Hostel has decent rooms and very good facilities.

Faculty: Teachers are qualified, approachable, and supportive. Curriculum is industry relevant with a focus on AI-ML. Exams are moderately tough but pass percentile is high. Teachers are supportive of publishing research papers and help with real-time project building.

Other: It needs improvement in mess food and Wi-Fi.

The placements are good, and referrals are mainly for placements.

Placements: 90% students were placed. The highest package is 26 to 30 LPA. The lowest package is 3 to 5 LPA. Top Recruiting companies are SAP, Cognizant, LMindTree. Internship is often interview based. Top roles can be associate product engineer. Many students need to search for internships.

Infrastructure: Facilities are good and appreciable. The infrastructure is also good. The Wi-Fi is comparatively slow as many others use it at the same time. The facilities in the hostel are somehow better compared to others. The food is also good to eat.

Faculty: Teachers are good, but self study is best in my opinion. The course curriculum covers all branches in the foundation. We can also complete some NPTEL courses. Teachers are really helpful if you are interested in learning. The semester exams are somewhat difficult, depending on the various teachers.

About SJBIT college of engineering.

Placements: I am from the college SJB Institute of Technology. Almost 90% of students are placed in college. The recruiting process is good, and with the good mentorship most of the students also get internship opportunities and work as interns at different companies.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure of the course is good with a good quality of classroom but as a hosteller I can say that the hostel is not good. There are many problems and the response is not so good at the hostel, again and again the problems arrises. I don't suggest hostel of SJBIT but I suggest the college.

Faculty: Faculty members are good. Every faculty member helps in every step of the curriculum. Teaching and non-teaching staffs are good but the administration doesn't provide exam hall tickets until you clear your course fee. Even during the exams they make us roam.

Absolutely satisfied with the college.

Placements: It is a good college with good placements. Various companies come for recruiting, with the highest salary being 30 LPA to the lowest being 3.3 LPA. TCS and Tech Mahindra are the most recruited companies in our college, which come to our college. It offers all types of roles in the company.

Infrastructure: Students get 100 GB per month. Wi-Fi and labs are maintained very well, and classrooms are good. Every department gets its own library, and every department has its own building. Hostel provides good quality food and good clean maintenance. It provides medical facilities and helps in sports and games.

Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is very high. Course curriculum is very relevant, and it helps students to industry-ready by conducting all seminars required. Semester exams in college are quite difficult, and the percentage is good.

It has a good infrastructure and a beautiful campus. It is the best college to start a career.

Placements: 85% of students get placed. The highest package offered is 30 LPA. Top recruiting companies for our course are Cognizant, TCS, Betsol, Wipro, DeltaX, etc. Top roles offered are software developer, etc. The best thing is that it invites good companies. Overall, it is the best college for engineering and to kick-start our careers. 80% of students got internships.

Infrastructure: Facilities are good. The library has the best infrastructure, and the best resources are there. The hotel is good, but the fee is high. The best sports facilities and canteen are available. Our department is good.

Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified and have great knowledge. There is a separate department to train students to become industry-ready. Semester exams are very tough, and the pass percentage is 99%. I would rate 4.5 out of 5 for teachers. The course curriculum is relevant. Our course has the best teachers. They have a high knowledge of subjects.

Good college for placements.

Placements: Majorly, 90% students got placed in previous batch. Highest package can be 12 to 15 LPA. Cognizant and several other companies are top recruiters. Some 50% students got internships and others got full-time jobs. Top roles are software developer and tester.

Infrastructure: Facilities of classroom and department are good. But in my opinion, hostel food is better than other hostel foods, comparatively. Wi-Fi is also good, but sometimes it is slow. Library is a very pleasant place to learn and study for internals and semester exams.

Faculty: Some teachers are helpful and more knowledgeable, and some others are not up to the mark. Courses at university are good enough for an industry-ready. Semester exams are neither difficult nor easy. Pass percentage can be between 70 and 80%.

Other: I chose this course because I was fond of learning computer systems.
