Decent institute providing a good learning experience to upskill yourself, not just for placement.

Faculty: The faculty is excellent. I felt the course meets industry requirements, and exams were held periodically. Faculty members are extremely qualified and always willing to help in any way possible. Special thanks to Dr. Neetika Batra for the guidance and support provided to me during my learning stage at SOIL.

An enriching journey of 1 year.

Faculty: The Faculty consists of in-house and visiting faculty. The curriculum is very densely packed with classes starting from 9 in the morning and lasting until 8 at the night. The courses are all handpicked in keeping with the current economic and industry trends which explains why some of the subjects studied in my batch weren't the same as in previous batches. The exams are conducted systematically upon completion of a course. Evaluation is based on class participation, group assignments, Individua...

Our college provides good placements and campus life.

Faculty: We explored many business concepts through case studies, which helped me to connect the real-world scenarios with the course curriculum. Courses are designed to give us a holistic understanding of business and develop leadership skills. Overall, the experience is good here. Teachers are helpful and experienced.

Satisfied, good placement, good infrastructure, best faculty, diverse crowd.

Faculty: Faculty are very well experienced and come from a varied background. They are from XLRi, FMS and experienced with more than 20 years on field. So the teaching quality is very compromised. Curriculum is designed in a way that fits the current industry trend.

This is a perfect place for aspirants with 2 or more years of work experience.

Faculty: One notable thing is that the course has made me industry-ready, with placements already done. The curriculum feels much more relevant as I exactly know how it has helped me crack my interview, and as well as helped me during my internships.

Faculty: I would say faculty is USP of SOIL. Professors who came here to teach are brilliant in their respective fields. Ex CEO of Dominos was our professor for our one of the subject. Also, subject which we learn are totally industry driven. SOIL have made us to learn R, Python, Big data, etc. Guest lectures happens regularly in SOIL. These lecture helps us to learn a lot about recent development in industry. CEO of Maverick have also given us guest lectures.

Satisfied with the way I performed (I don't believe in blame game).

Faculty: The teacher's are helpful and can be personally approachable. The college has mostly external faculty members visiting the campus. The pedagogy is the key thing to note as all the faculty members coming for their lectures have vast industry expertise. They have a very good educational background since most of them are IIT/IIM Alumnus. They also have an enriching teaching experience as they have mentored in premier b schools of India and abroad. Many faculty travel from abroad to take lectures. T...

Great institute for 1 year MBA.

Faculty: The best thing about SoIL is its great faculty and unique curriculum. Most of the faculty members are alumni of IIT or IIM with years of experience in teaching. Some of the faculty members are from abroad as well. The curriculum is unique with mentorship and social innovative programme as a part of the course. It provides ample opportunities to learn.
