Aimed at uplifting the college to the next level.
Placements: Students from the master of Global Business showed higher interest in recruitment than the top courses, like MBA, to help students in recruitment, placement initiated skill development courses. The maximum and minimum range of placements is 12.6 LPA and 3.5 LPA, respectively, considered as the usual pay for students.
Infrastructure: College evolved and elevated to the prestigious positions, which made me wonder to see their growth after a few days of my graduation. Happy to see the maximum number of students interested in joining the organization. Immediate action is taken on the side of the college at all times.
Faculty: Boring teachers, validate the students by taking the consolidated performance from the previous degree or board exam results. Teachers make a catch lesson plan, but hesitate and are frustrated to deliver it according to their plans on most days.

Perceived as having a good name for their performance.
Placements: More trustworthy in the sections of placements, will provide up-to-date guidance for getting offers. Students are partitioned to provide specific training. 28.5 LPA is the topmost package, which would be unbeatable till now by some other students from the BBA.
Infrastructure: This infrastructure remained as a beautiful space for innovation, renovation, and recreation. The college forcibly follows the hygienic standards, which would be more appreciable. SP Jain School of Global Management is known for its elegance with its attire.
Faculty: The professor received their master's and doctoral degrees from a well-known institution and gained much experience by working in several organizations. Moreover, they had given personal guidance to the students who were much more serious in their course professions.

Remained as good option for studying.
Placements: The careers support provided by the college was so dedicated and helpful. Immediate solutions are suggested for the students from their side for every small fault. Approximately out of 150 graduates from the master of Global Business. 80% to 90% of students got placed in tied-up companies with moderate payout, and 6 students got placed in top-tier companies with amazing offers.
Infrastructure: The campus looks for students to create their own space to showcase their adorable talents. Unique arrangements are done by the college for the students of all the disciplines which simply starts with ID tags to campus placement. To create a pleasant feel, some green initiatives have been taken by management.
Faculty: Teachers remained as energy boosters for the students, and they are aimed at creating a comfortable learning space for the students. The teachers don't differentiate one student from another based on their academic backgrounds. And they simply believe the students and assign work to us to boost our skills.

Summarized views on the college scenarios.
Placements: Challenging roles in internships are suggested by placement faculty members, and they have shared the complete application process. Nearly 65 students from over 80 students got placed in the college recruitment. Some MNC corporations, international organizations, and a few consulting firms took part in the college drives, which cover up to 78 percent of successful placements.
Infrastructure: The college never rethinks the students' determination once they have decided. Such strict standards are followed by the college organization. It's very mandatory to follow the uniform set by them for all the disciplines. The mess is always crowded and filled with loud noise.
Faculty: Exams are conducted more frequently. Once a week, we undergo MCQ exams that include a compilation of all the subjects. These scores usually determine every student's understanding of the relevant topics covered in the MCQ tests. Teachers give students the freedom to question the lessons.

I'm satisfied with the college, but it still feels like I missed out on something.
Placements: The highest possibilities for getting work abroad, and so UAE-based companies like Emirates NBD and Swiss-based companies like Kuehne+Nagel, seem like active recruiters from the college. The student's performance in the drives decides the salary package, which may range from 3.5 LPA to 5.4 LPA or even above 10 LPA.
Infrastructure: The college won't stop the students' growth by controlling their extracurricular activities. They regularly support students' interests, passions, and promote their skills. Also, the college management allows the students to participate in all the social activities.
Faculty: Professors work ethically and teach according to the guidelines insisted by the higher authorities of the college. In my batch, 83% of students successfully cleared their courses, while the remaining of them missed nearly two or three subjects.

My honest review of my college.
Placements: Placements were good. The placement team worked hard and was dedicated to placing all students. The companies that visited the campus included Morgan Stanley with a package of 5 LPA, Deloitte – 5.3 LPA, Asian Paints - 4.6 LPA, Practo – 7 LPA, Bata – 6 LPA, and EY - 4.2 LPA.
Infrastructure: The hostel was good. It was a two-sharing room setup. The mess was also good and offered pure vegetarian food. The quality of the food was good and felt like home food.
Faculty: Faculty at the college was highly qualified and had tremendous industry experience. Faculty was helpful and student-friendly. The teaching methodology followed at CMS was practical-oriented. Faculty kept updated information about current trends. As the semester system was followed. exams were held every six months, and ample preparation time was given. We had not reached the electives stage, which would be in the second year. In the first year, I had to study all three subjects. They were physical, organic, and inorganic chemistry.
