Supportive faculty members, decent placements, and good infrastructure.
Placements: In my course (CSE), around 70% of students are placed, depending on the department. The highest package offered is around 6 LPA, the average package is 4.25 LPA, and the lowest package is 2.5 LPA. So many companies visit our campus, such as Wipro, Infosys, Mindtree, etc.
Infrastructure: Our college provides good infrastructure for students. For academics, well-maintained classrooms, projectors, smart boards, and proper seating are available. Every department has specialized labs. The campus also has transport facilities for day scholars and good security systems, like CCTV surveillance and guards, for students' safety.
Faculty: When I joined this college, I wasn't expecting the teachers to be so helpful. I remember one faculty member who helped me with my final year project even after college hours. The exams are not too scary, if you concentrate on classes and go through the previous year's question papers, you can easily pass.

The infrastructure and facilities are really good, but the faculty is somewhat disappointing.
Placements: Sree Venkateswara College has a dedicated training and placement cell that plays a crucial role in preparing students for the corporate world. The placement cell offers various services such as soft skills development, coding practice, and resume building. These activities are conducted throughout the academic year.
Infrastructure: I must say the infrastructure is impressive. The campus is peaceful and filled with greenery, which makes it a great environment to study. Now, coming to the hostel, rooms are shared by 5-7 students, with basic furniture like common bathrooms. Hygiene is better in the girls' hostel than in the boys' hostel.
Faculty: Our college senior faculty members usually have good experience and explain well, but junior faculty struggle a bit. Exams are mostly theory-based, with some application-based and numerical questions depending on the subjects. We feel the exam pattern is manageable with regular study.

Good faculty and average facilities.
Placements: The placement statistics for my college showed a wide range of packages, with the highest being around 7 LPA and the lowest being near 3.5 LPA. However, placements were limited, with only a small percentage of students securing positions. The leading recruiters were Terralogic and Sonata, which primarily offered roles such as software developer, network developer, and technical analyst. Internship opportunities were also limited, with a few students interning at local companies or online platforms.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is good, with spacious classrooms and well-equipped labs that support effective practical learning. However, the library is small with limited resources and a minimal selection of books. Wi-Fi is available, but the hostel facilities are not good, with poorly maintained accommodation. The food quality in the mess and canteen is average, lacking variety and consistency. There are limited medical facilities on campus, which may not be sufficient for emergencies. Sports and games facilities are available for students.
Faculty: The faculty were mostly qualified and supportive. However, only a few managed to cover the entire syllabus comprehensively. The curriculum was relevant but lacked focus on skills, which made student effort crucial for success. Semester exams were challenging, and passing them depended on individual preparation. Despite the challenges, the pass percentage of my college was good.

I am absolutely dissatisfied because of placements. It has really good infrastructure.
Placements: There are no placements for 3 years. I am from the 2021 to 2025 batch. It needs to improve a lot of things in the college. First, they need to change the placement cell faculty members. It needs to hire some good faculty members in every engineering college. Placement cell faculty members play a major role in college growth.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is not available in the college. There are a lot of signal problems. Sometimes, we face a lot of water problems, especially in washrooms and toilets. Sometimes, a lot of monkeys roam inside the college and grab the carriage boxes of students.
Faculty: Faculty members are nice, but the course curriculum is not good. They hire a lot of students in the 1st year. In the college, there are not many classes to sit in, and sometimes, the college management does not tell students where to sit before the college starts.
Other: The college needs to change a lot of things. The college management just needs to focus on the 4-2 semesters, which play a major role for every student in their B.Teach life. It should just start teaching aptitude and logical reasoning, and if it is already completed, then they should revise it. It should also teach programming languages from basics like C, Python, or Java.

Review of Sree Venkateswara College Of Engineering.
Placements: The internship opportunities for students are very nice. Top recruiters are TCS and Wipro, etc. Companies provide internships for students. The stipend is 10,000 per month. The projects offered are VLSI and embedded systems. So many students are happy with these internships.
Infrastructure: The food quality is good—sufficient to eat, though not very rich. The hostel registration process is easy; you can fill out the registration form at the reception. Near the college, there are also rented rooms available for those who prefer not to stay in the hostel.
Faculty: The faculty, including those with MTech and PhDs, conduct weekly exams. The semester exams are not too difficult and can be managed with regular study at this college. Students are prepared to be industry-ready, with an overall pass percentage of 80%. The teachers' qualifications are strong.
Other: I chose this course because it offers opportunities in both hardware and software, with high job prospects in areas like VLSI and embedded systems. The faculty qualifications are strong, with MTechs and PhDs. Weekly exams are conducted, and sports events are organized multiple times.

It needs to make changes in its thinking. It needs to guide students on how to learn to code easily.
Placements: 70% of students are studying the CSE course in my college. The highest package is 6 LPA. Many companies or startup companies and Intech offer placements. Students who score 75% can able to make a free internship in Infosys and Microsoft. There has been a lack of jobs so more jobs and options are needed for every CSE student.
Infrastructure: The college has average facilities of teaching and the infrastructure should be better. There is a lack of internet problems and they don't have any Wi-Fi for students. The hostel facilities are too poor, and no one is interested in staying in hostels. The food quality is also bad, but we are struggling there. The canteen facilities are there but they charge over than MRP. Games are not available, and no one is interested in conducting games.
Faculty: Some teachers only teach us, which makes us feel comfortable and understand our needs and thoughts. Their teaching quality is good and they have friendly behavior. The course they are teaching is good. Some teachers take care of us. In our college, it is all about self-learning.
Other: I chose this course because the CSE course is the best but we need to have self-learning. No one is ready to teach us and teachers only teach what they have in the syllabus. Nowadays, YouTube is everything so we have more options. Events organised in our college are the worst. The management is not interested in any events and activities.
