Strong faculty and industry-relevant curriculum with good facilities.
Placements: About 60-70 percent of students were placed in the Mechanical Engineering course. The highest salary offered was 6 LPA, the lowest 2.5 LPA and the average around 3.5 LPA. Top recruiters included TCS, L&T, Ashok Leyland, and Hyundai. About 20 percent of students got internships in companies like TVS, Bosch, and local industries. Common roles offered were design engineer, production engineer, and quality analyst.
Infrastructure: The department has well-equipped labs and spacious classrooms. The library is well stocked with books and journals. Wi-Fi is decent, but the speed could be improved.
