The placements in our college are very less for our course and a few companies approach our college to recruit students, but there is rare chance to get selected.

My honest college review of Sri Venkateswara College, University of Delhi.
Placements: Placements are decent overall, with the average package usually ranging between 6 LPA and 8 LPA, while the highest package can go up to 14 LPA-16 LPA depending on the batch and market conditions. Many reputed companies such as Brain, Nation with Namo, KPMG, etc., visit the campus for recruitment, offering roles in consulting, marketing, and business development.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is really good and provides most of the facilities students need. The labs are well-equipped with all the tools required for practical learning, and Wi-Fi is available across the campus with decent connectivity. Classrooms are well-maintained, clean, and have projectors for teaching purposes. The library also has a good collection of books and a study area for self-study.
Faculty: The faculty members have good domain knowledge and are helpful whenever needed, but the teaching pattern varies from one professor to another. The curriculum covers the basics well and is fairly relevant to industry requirements. Semester exams are of moderate difficult if you attend classes regularly and prepare from standard books and PYQs.

The only itinerary you will need for Venkateswara College.
Placements: The overall percentage of students who get placed is about 21%. It is among those eligible to sit for placements after completing the minimum CGPA criteria. The companies that usually come for recruitment are Big 4, Oxane Partners, Google, DE Shaw, etc. The roles for which these companies come are usually related to tax, audit, financial advisory, etc. The placement statistics are not up to the mark, but they can still be considered decent because of the goodwill the college name itself holds. These companies usually do not have specific course-wise offers. The recruitment process is generally the same for all.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is pretty solid. Though it is old, it has plenty of space, and most importantly, the food at the canteen and Maggi Point is goated. The Wi-Fi connectivity is decent, I would say. Labs are well-equipped and well-maintained as well. We have a good two-floor library building. It also includes separate reading room spaces for teachers and students. It is fully air-conditioned, which is the best part during summers. For winters, we have a big ground to get ample sunlight in the cold.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and very serious about the subjects they teach, so there is very little chance of classes getting cancelled. It rarely happens. In terms of quality, I would give them a solid 9/10. The course curriculum is pretty theoretical. It needs more practical exposure, to be honest, as we are in the new age of AI, where we are supposed to rapidly learn and evolve ourselves to stay relevant. The semester exams are very easy. You need to do the PYQs, and you are good to go. It is very easy to score.
Other: The course provides me with an opportunity to study AI because, at the end of the day, AI is based on the fundamentals of mathematics. Combining this with coding and the basics of AI/ML can easily make me industry-relevant. The fest is the best part about our college, something we can brag about, because it is the best fest among all DU colleges and sometimes even better than DTU and NSUT as well.

Overall good experience.
Placements: Around 40 percent of the students got placed. The highest package is 15 LPA, the lowest is around 3 LPA, and the average is 4 LPA-5 LPA. Brain Capability Network & Nation with Namo being the top recruiting companies. The roles offered are auditing, sales, consulting, and risk management.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good. The classrooms are well furnished, labs are well maintained, and the library has a decent reading room available, with ample reading space. The food offered is decent, and it has its own medical room. The sports ground is also well maintained.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful and well-knowledgeable. The curriculum is not so relevant as per the industry standards and definitely needs a lot of improvements. The end-semester examinations are moderately difficult but can be prepared through past year questions.

An unforgettable journey.
Placements: While I personally didn't sit for placements, many of my friends and peers did. Many companies like Deloitte, KPMG, Varcity, RSN, Brain, and others recruited B.Com students. These were mainly finance, sales, and marketing-related starter roles. The average package offered to my friends was around 4–5 LPA. Some students receiving packages of up to 10 LPA. There was a noticeable downturn in the number of companies turning up compared to previous years. Some incidents led to the blacklisting of our college by prominent companies.
Infrastructure: Compared to many other colleges, the infrastructure for our course is average. It is not anything special, but also not lacking. The classrooms lack basic infrastructure, including AC and proper benches. However, the cleaning staff is nice and diligent. I didn't avail myself of hostel facilities, but I heard they were decent.
Faculty: Faculty members are knowledgeable about their subjects. They provide insights whenever needed. However, the course has many elements that, according to me, are unnecessary and burden both students and faculty, showing the drawbacks of NEP more than other factors. Exams are moderate, although the checking sometimes raises doubts, with a high pass percentage. The course provides knowledge but does not always make students industry-ready, often requiring additional qualifications.
Other: I chose B.Com because it complements my pursuit of CA, with many subjects having similar elements. The course provides a broad overview of knowledge related to various career fields. It gives students a starting point. I would like to see more practical and industry-relevant knowledge, along with better optional courses. The college event Nexus is one of my highlights from college and an unforgettable memory, being one of the best college fests in DU. The campus crowd is great and allows students to meet amazing people and make friends.

The college is moderately good.
Placements: The average salary package for Statistics Honors ranges from 5–7 LPA. About 60–80% of students are recruited by companies such as Deloitte, KPMG, EY, Accenture, and PwC. Statistics Honors students receive about 8–15 offers for analytical and corporate roles.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure are available. It includes statistics labs, ITC labs, classrooms, and a library with a wide selection of books for the course. Wi-Fi is available throughout the college. The quality of food available in the canteen is fine. Sports and games facilities, including grounds and nets, are also widely available.
Faculty: Some of the teachers are well-versed and teach well. Others, however, are not great at teaching. Overall, the teaching is just fine. The course curriculum is relevant but is not quite enough to make students industry-ready. It is less application-based and more focused on derivations, which should be the opposite. The semester exams are of moderate difficulty, with a high pass percentage.

All about Sri Venkateswara College and South Campus.
Placements: Overall, it is a very good college. You have to study hard to get into this college. After that, everything is really easy-going and happening. The companies recruiting are also good. You can get placements from the campus itself if you are in a good position in your batch.
Infrastructure: The college was built years ago, and that is reflected in the campus buildings. Currently, the classrooms do not have AC, but that is now changing as the college is installing ACs in the rooms this year. However, the fees have increased a little. Overall, it is a good campus.
Faculty: The teaching staff is mostly from South India, so they may have difficulty speaking fluent Hindi, and their English accent can be a bit confusing. However, they are not rude. Some of them are, but around 90% are helpful, while a few do not care much.
Other: The Nexus is the best fest.
