I would necessarily say St Xavier's College Mumbai is much better than say DU. As here you get an all-round exposure apart from studies. And I personally believe that the kind of personality development you would get here at Xavier's is beyond

There is no B.Sc in CS, Xavier's offer B.Sc IT, you can get in for that by scoring good marks in maths like 95 to 100 marks in maths and an overall percentage of above 90.
