On Highlights
Q:   Are private sector BTech jobs better-paying than government jobs?
A:

Well, yes. The private sector BTech jobs in India offer a higher earning potential than the government sector jobs, including promotions, yearly bonuses, performance rewards, etc., along with a plethora of career options across different sectors. Having said that, there is less scope for job stability in the private sector due to market downturns.

The government sector is known for decent job security and other benefits like health insurance and retirement benefits. Rest, you can sit and decide for yourself whatever suits your interests the best. Best wishes.

I was absolutely satisfied with the placement of our course.
Placements: In 2021, from our course, my seniors were almost placed in the campus placements, about 76 percent. The levels of the packages are great, the highest package was around 5 LPA, the average package was 3.5 LPA, and the lowest package was 3 LPA. Accenture, TCS, Wipro, and Infotech Pvt Ltd are the top recruiting companies from our course. The students who done their internship in various companies are about 66 percent. The higher roles include serving development and code development.
Infrastructure: The provided facilities include a good college ground, ventilated classrooms, a library, free Wi-Fi around the entire campus, separate blocks for different branches of students, good water facilities, a pleasant lawn to relax, etc., which are provided by the college. The quality of the food and the surroundings of the hostel were quite decent, with reasonable fees in the canteen also. Sports like volleyball, cricket, and basketball are played regularly in the college, and the medical facilities are available for the students every day.
Faculty: The faculty from our course was doing an excellent job throughout the academics with a proper way of teaching and making every student clear with the concepts. The quality of the teaching had been great. They were well knowledgeable and highly effective in their course. The course curriculum of our course was liked by everyone beacuse it was making many students for industry ready to go. The semester exams were not as difficult as we thought, but we need to understand the concepts clearly. The pass percentage was around 65%.
Other: The course I choose will keep me motivated every single day for my future development. So I chose this course. The improvements, such as the well-updated computers, need to be replaced in the laboratory. The occasions in the college, like tours, fests, farewells, freshers', crowd meetings, etc., will be great.

Dissatisfied about college because of poor placements, less package, and faculty.
Placements: 70 percentage of students are placed in our course of CSE. 6 LPA is the highest, and 2.5 LPA is the average package offered in our college. Accenture, Capgemini are the recruiting companies in our course. 30 percentage of internship from Mom Pharmacy in our course.
Infrastructure: About Wi-Fi, there is no signal. Coming to the infrastructure, it will be average. Classrooms are very huge and contain projectors. Library is also very small, and not every book is available. Medical facilities are very low. Canteen is also very small.
Faculty: Very less faculty teach well. Some faculty don’t even clarify our doubts. Our college is affiliated by JNTU. For us, it’s very difficult to pass exams. There are tough papers. The pass percentage is also very low in our college. Very less percentage.
Other: Actually, it is an expected entry to this college and selection of this course. The course is best, but it’s not best in our college. The faculty should be perfect to teach in this course. Experienced faculty should be taken.

Infrastructure is good, but placements may be doubted.
Placements: Eight per cent of students were placed in the previous year. The highest package was 12 LPA. And the lowest package was 2 LPA. No internships are available, but sometimes it may be possible. The placements are too low this year. The highest package has been obtained by only one person till now.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our course is better, but not that much. Wi-Fi facilities are limited, only in the training hall it will be available. At other times, there is no Wi-Fi or internet. The canteen is too small, and the food is not that bad. Medical, sports and games are available.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful, but not all the time. When they are free, when they don't have any work, then only will they respond clearly. The pass percentage of the college in semester exams is 65 percent. The semester exams are difficult, but we have to survive.
Other: I chose it because of my EAMCET rank. I don't want to waste my parents' money on management seats. That's why I chose the college I got into in my counselling.

80 percent of placements, but dissatisfied with the faculty.
Placements: Placements are increasing from year to year. But I'm dissatisfied with the packages. Fewer companies are recruiting. 80 percent of students got placed this year. The highest package is 12 LPA. But it is only for one person. The remaining will get 4-6 LPA only.
Infrastructure: No proper internet connection, no permanent classroom, no proper tasty food, sports facilities are available, but no one will play, phones are not allowed to mess, all restrictions will be provided by the seniors. The canteen is very small, the food is good sometimes, but sometimes it feels like ***.
Faculty: For some subjects, there is no faculty available either. Teachers won't mingle with students. The JNTUH paper is very tough. The pass percentage is very low. It is very difficult to clear the semester exams. Faculty is good, but they have limited time to complete the syllabus.

Our college is simple and the best in terms of teaching standards for women.
Placements: Almost 70 percent of our course placements on campus had campus placements in my graduation year (2021). The packages were more or less satisfying for the students, as they got offers that had reached up to 7 LPA on the highest end and around 3 LPA on the lowest end, with an average of about 4 LPA. Leading companies like Being, Civitas Innovation, and Larsen and Toubro were among the top recruiters. About 80 percent of students in our course did their placement. Some of the main roles occupied involved mechanical system design and testing.
Infrastructure: I saw its infrastructure while I was in my intermediate to take admission in this college, but it was more than that. We got better buildings and lab facilities in our college. There was a good playground. I had told my juniors that this college's infrastructure should be the base standard. The hostel was too good as the canteen food fees were affordable. The sports and games were conducted on the college ground, and they also had medical services features.
Faculty: The faculty members were exceptional throughout the academic environment, showcasing their teaching skills. They possessed high qualifications and extensive experience in their respective fields. They were always available to address any questions or concerns that students may have. Our curriculum was particularly relevant as it prepares a diverse range of students to be industry-ready and equipped for employment opportunities. The semester exams were not overly challenging, but attending classes regularly was essential for grasping the concepts thoroughly. Each year, about 70 percent of students pass, especially within our course.
Other: This course provided me with the best opportunities in various fields, so I chose this course. The improvements, like providing good equipment in the college laboratory, will be great. The events like farewell party, freshers, crowd meetings, tours, concerts, etc., were great in the college.

My genuine review of our college, it is very good.
Placements: 70% of students got placed. The package offered is 2 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Capgemini, Accenture, Google, and many more.
Infrastructure: In our college, Wi-Fi is also available. Our college classrooms are very neat and clean. In our college, canteen and medical facilities are available. In our college, sports are also conducted.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable, and they have earned a doctorate. The course curriculum makes students industry-ready, and they are also doing jobs. The semester exams in this college are running, and the pass percentage is 80%. In our college, the college staff is the best and experienced.
Other: In our college, events are also very nice.
