My honest review of my college.

Placements: SIBM has a 100% placement record. The starting salary that students can expect ranges from 10-30 LPA, which is well as per the industry standard. Job opportunities are good. The campus placement has decent companies that one can expect in SIBM. The internship is completely based on the course that a student opts for a general management. We did not have an option for internships but a student can opt for doing a live project in college and faculty members are very supportive of this.

Infrastructure: Mess food is not at all good with no quality, no taste, and is high priced. There are no other alternatives but for campus students, we have a mess facility near the hostel area. The food there is a bit okay and one could have food.

Faculty: SIBM has highly qualified faculty members. We have a combination of external and internal faculty members throughout our course curriculum. All faculty members have more than 5 years of industry experience. Some are still in the industry. The knowledge that they impart is very relevant to subjects. Exams are not at all hectic. Faculty members give sufficient time for studying and completing assignments. One needs to manage time to get assignments completed on time and for their personal work, a proper time management would make life simple and college life enjoyable. The course curriculum is a bit outdated but professors bring a lot of new topics for discussion. Pedagogy is also a bit outdated considering the fact that a lot of other MBA institutes have innovative styles of teaching. Some of the courses are offered on specific campuses hence creating a lot of convenience for students to travel to different campuses.

Placements: The college placement reports are accurate and audited. We have consulting companies visiting our college. There is the presence of Big 4, and we have other consulting firms too. The college has been consistently growing its placement numbers. This shows how companies trust the college and also the alumni who have a strong attachment to the college.

Infrastructure: The campus is set on a scenic hilltop surrounded by lush greenery, which creates a fresh atmosphere and foster learning. We often find birds that you will not find in cities. The weather is very chilly at night. Our hostel rooms have valley views just like a resort.

Faculty: Faculty members of the college are extremely helpful. For engineers who struggle with subjects like finance, we have bridge classes where finance is started from the very basic to build a strong foundation; also, for Non-Engineers, there are bridge classes for Teach subjects. So in all this shows the commitment our teachers have to us.

Infrastructure: The SIDTM campus is well known for its greenery. The infrastructure is fantastic here. We have a huge library, a multipurpose ground, an amphitheater, intelligent classrooms, an auditorium, a convention center, a canteen, a sports complex, and much more. The quality of the food is pretty good, and we have cafes all around the campus, so even if you are bored by mess food, you have other options as well.

Faculty: SIDTM offers a unique curriculum to shape techno-managers for industry evolution.
